ปัจจัยการคงอยู่ในงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพงานการพยาบาลศัลยศาสตร์ โรงพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัยแห่งหนึ่งในกรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

การวิจัยพรรณนาครั้งนีมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาการคงอยูในงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพงานการพยาบาลศัลยศาสตร์ และ (2) ศึกษาตัวแปรด้านบุคคลและองค์การ ที่รวมทำนายการคงอยูในงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพงานการพยาบาลศัลยศาสตร์ โรงพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัยแห่งหนึ่ง ในกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ที่มีระยะเวลาในการปฏิบัติงานในหอผู้ป่วยในงานการพยาบาลศัลยศาสตร์ โรงพยาบาลที่ศึกษา เป็นเวลา 1 ปีขึ้นไป ซึ่่งได้จากสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น จำนวน 266 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามที่พัฒนาโดยบงกชพร ตังฉัตรชัย (2554) ประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วน ได้แก่ 1) ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 2) ปัจจัยด้านองค์การ และ 3) ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการคงอยูในงาน ได้นำแบบสอบถามมาหาความเที่ยงได้คาสัมประสิทธิอัลฟาของครอนบาคเท่ากับ 0.94 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติการถดถอยโลจิสติก และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานการพยาบาลศัลยศาสตร์ คงอยูในงาน ร้อยละ 58.1 และ (2) ปัจจัยอายุและปัจจัยองค์การมีผลต่อการคงอยูในงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 และสามารถรวมทำนายความแปรปรวนของการคงอยูในงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ได้ร้อยละ 24.3 (R2 = .243)

The purposes of this research were: (1) to study job retention of professional nurses at the Surgical Nursing Division in a University Hospital, and (2) to analyze both personal factors and organizational factors which co-predicted job retention of professional nurses at the Surgical Nursing Division in a University Hospital. The sample was professional nurses who worked at the Surgical Nursing Division in the University Hospital at least 1 year. The subjects included 266 nurses who were selected based on the sizes of the Surgical Nursing Division by stratified random sampling. Questionnaires were used as research tools which developed by Bongkochporn Tangchatchai (B.E.2011). The instruments consisted of 3 parts: (1) personal factors, (2) organizational factors, and (3) opinions regarding job retention. The Cronbach’s alpha reliability coefficients of tools, the second and the third parts, was 0.94, Research data were analyzed by percentage, mean, and standard deviation , multiple logistic regression analysis, and content analysis. The research findings were as follows. (1) Fifty eight percent of Professional nurses rated their job retentions of the Surgical Nursing Division in the University Hospital.(2) The age factor and organizational factors affected job retention of professional nurses (p < 0.01) and both age factor and organizational factors predicted the job retention of professional nurses. These predictors accounted for 24.3 percent (R^2= .243)
