Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) วิธีการสื่อสารการตลาด 2) การใช้เครื่องมือการสื่อสารการตลาด และ 3) ปัจจัยที่นำไปสู่ความสำเร็จของการสื่อสารการตลาดของบริษัทแม่ทองสุก โกลด์สมิท จำกัด การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก ได้แก่ 1) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายการตลาดบริษัทแม่ทองสุก โกลด์สมิท จำกัด และ 2) ผู้จัดการสาขาห้างทองแม่ทองสุก รวมจำนวน 4 คน เลือกตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งมีโครงสร้าง ดำเนินการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการสร้างข้อสรุป ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) บริษัท แม่ทองสุก โกลด์สมิท จำกัด มีวิธีการสื่อสารการตลาดทั้งที่แตกต่างกันและคล้ายคลึงกันตามประเภทกลุ่มเป้าหมาย 2 กลุ่มคือ กลุ่มลูกค้าประเภทตัวแทนจำหน่ายในประเทศ และกลุ่มลูกค้าประเภทห้างหรือร้านค้าปลีกสมัยใหม่ โดยยึดส่วนประสมการตลาด ได้แก่ผลิตภัณฑ์ ราคา ช่องทางการจัดจำหน่าย และการส่งเสริมการขาย เป็นแนวทางในการกำหนดวิธีการสื่อสารการตลาดทั้ง 2 กลุ่มเป้าหมาย 2) การใช้เครื่องมือการสื่อสารการตลาด ลูกค้าประเภทตัวแทนจำหน่ายในประเทศใช้การโฆษณาและประชาสัมพันธ์ผ่านเว็บไซต์ สื่อออนไลน์ การส่งข้อความภายใต้การบริการ สมาร์ท เอสเอมเอส การสื่อสารผ่านระบบคอลเซ็นเตอร์ การสื่อสารผ่านช่องทาง MTS GOld Chat และการใช้สื่อบุคคลคือประธานกรรมการบริษัทสื่อสารในโอกาสต่างๆ ส่วนกลุ่มลูกค้าธุรกิจประเภทห้างหรือร้านค้าปลีกสมัยใหม่ ใช้วิธีการโฆษณาและประชาสัมพันธ์ผ่านทางห้างที่จัดจำหน่าย สื่อโทรทัศน์ วิทยุ สิ่งพิมพ์ การใช้พนักงานแนะนำสินค้าประจำจุดขาย การจัดงานเทศกาล การส่งเสริมการขาย โดยการลด แลก แจก แถมสินค้า และการจัดแสดงสินค้า และ 3) ปัจจัยที่นำไปสู่ความสำเร็จในการสื่อสารการตลาดของบริษัท แม่ทองสุก โกลด์สมิท จำกัด แบ่งเป็นปัจจัยภายในองค์กร ได้แก่ บุคลากร นโยบายและการจัดการของบริษัท งบประมาณ การมีฝ่ายสร้างสรรค์และผลิตสื่อของบริษัทเอง และการมีประสบการณ์และพื้นฐานทางธุรกิจที่มั่นคง ส่วนปัจจัยภายนอกองค์กร ได้แก่ นโยบายจากภาครัฐและสถานการณ์ทางการเมือง สภาพเศรษฐกิจภายในประเทศ สภาพแวดล้อมทางสังคม เทคโนโลยีการสื่อสารและกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
The objectives of this research were to study 1) the marketing communications; 2) the use of marketing communication tools; and 3) the factors of success of the marketing communications of Maethongsuk Goldsmith Company Limited. This was a qualitative research. The 4 key informants, chosen through purposive sampling, consisted of 1) the marketing manager of Maethongsuk Goldsmith Company Limited and 2) branch managers of Maethongsuk branches. The data collection tool was a semi-structured in-depth interview form. Data were analyzed through descriptive analysis. The results showed that 1) Maethongsuk Goldsmith used similar but slightly differing marketing communication methods to communicate with the 2 target customer groups, i.e. domestic sales representative clients and modern trade retailers. They used the marketing mix components of product, price, place and promotion as the basis for determining the marketing communication methods to communicate with both groups. 2) As for marketing communication tools, for domestic sales representative clients, the company used advertising and public relations through its website, online social media, smart SMS service, the call center, MTS G0ld Chat and personal media in the form of the company chairman speaking at various occasions. For modern trade retailers, the company used advertising and public relations through the stores, TV, radio, print media, point-of-sales product recommendations by company personnel, reduction/free gift/privilege promotions and sales exhibitions. 3) the factors of success of the marketing communications of Maethongsuk Goldsmith Company Limited included the internal factors of personnel, policies, management, budget, having a creative division, the company’s ability to produce its own media, experience, and a stable business foundation. External factors were government policies, the political situation, the state of the domestic economy, the social atmosphere, communications technology and related laws and regulations
