ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจในการเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎร เขตเลือกตั้งที่ 2 จังหวัดลำปาง

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคม ปัจจัยทางจิตวิทยา และปัจจัยทางสภาพแวดล้อมทางการเมือง ที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจในการเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทน ราษฎรเขตเลือกตั้งที่ 2 ของจังหวัดลำปาง กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ประชาชนที่มีอายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไป จำนวน 1,660 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยได้แก่แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ การทดสอบไค-สแควร์ (Chi-Square test) และค่าร้อยละ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ ที่อยู่อาศัย รายได้ ทัศนคติที่มีต่อตัว ส.ล. การชื่นชอบนโยบายของรัฐบาล ทัศนคติต่อนโยบายของรัฐบาล ผลการดำเนินการตามนโยบายของรัฐบาล ความผูกพันต่อพรรคการเมือง ความคาดหวังในตัวผู้สมัคร ส.ส. และนโยบายของพรรคการเมืองมีความสัมพันธ์ต่อระยะเวลาการตัดสินใจ 2) เพศ อาชีพ ที่อยู่อาศัย รายได้ ทัศนคติต่อการพัฒนา พื้นที่ของ ส.ส. การชื่นชอบนโยบายของรัฐบาล และนโยบายของพรรคการเมืองมีความสัมพันธ์ต่อวิธีการตัดสินใจ 3) อายุ อาชีพ ที่อยู่อาศัย รายได้ ทัศนคติต่อการพัฒนาพื้นที่ของ ส.ส. การชื่นชอบนโยบาย ของรัฐบาล ทัศนคติต่อนโยบายของรัฐบาล ผลการดำเนินการตามนโยบายของรัฐบาล ความผูกพันต่อพรรคการเมือง และความคาดหวังในตัวผู้สมัคร ส.ส. มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อเหตุผลที่เลือก ส.ส. เขตพื้นที่ 4) ทัศนคติที่มีต่อการพัฒนาพื้นที่ของ ส.ส. ทัศนคติที่มีต่อตัว ส.ส. ทัศนคติต่อนโยบายของรัฐบาล ความผูกพันต่อพรรคการเมืองและความคาดหวังในตัวผู้สมัคร ส.ส. มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อเหตุผลที่ไปใช้สิทธิเลือกตั้ง 5) การตัดสินใจในการเลือกตั้ง ส.ส. มีความสัมพันธ์กับระยะเวลาการตัดสินใจ ผู้มีสิทธเลือกตั้ง ส.ส. ตัดสินใจเสือกตั้งด้วยตนเอง ผู้นำชุมชนที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกตั้ง ส.ส. มากที่สุด คือ กำนัน ผู้ใหญ่บ้าน และผู้ช่วยผู้ใหญ่บ้าน สื่อที่มีผลต่อการเลือกตั้ง ส.ส. มากที่สุด คือ การปราศรัยพบประชาชน เหตุผลที่กลุ่มตัวอย่างไปใชัสิทธเลือกตั้งมากที่สุด คือ ต้องการเลือกคนที่คิดว่าดีที่สุดไปเป็นผู้แทนราษฎร นโยบายของพรรคการเมืองมีส่วนเป็นอย่างมากในการตัดสินใจเลือกตั้ง

The purpose of this research was to study the socioeconomic,psychological and political factors affecting voting decisions in Parliamentary Elections in the second constituency, Lampang Province.The sample consisted of 1,660 people at the age of 18 and higher.Data were collected by means of questionnaires and analyzed by using Chi-square test and percentage. It was found that ะ 1) people's education,occupation,residence,income,attitudes toward the MPs,preferences for the government policies,attitudes toward the government policies, results of policy implementation commitment to the parties,expectations toward the candidates and political parties' policies correlated with decision - making time; 2) gender, age, occupation, residence, income, MPs’ area development preferences of the government’s policies correlated with the methods of decision - making; 3) age, occupation, for residence, income, attitudes MPs’ area development preferences for the government’s policies, results of policy implementation commitment to the parties, expectations toward the candidates correlated with the reasons to vote for the representatives; 4) attitudes toward the MPs’ development area, attitudes toward the representatives, attitudes toward the government's policies, commitment to the parties,and the expectations toward the representatives correlated with the reasons for voting; 5) voting decisions correlated with the decision - making time. People who have the right to vote decided by themselves whom to vote for.The local leaders influencing voting decisions the most were subdistrict headmen, village headmen and their assistants. The most effective media was to give a speech when meeting people. The reason why the sample voted was that they wanted to choose whom they thought the best one.The parties’ policy was the major factor of voting decisions
