Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าในการให้บริการของที่ทำการไปรษณีย์ในสังกัดสำนักงานไปรษณีย์เขต 6 นครสวรรค์ (2) ศึกษาเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของถูกค้าต่อการให้บริการโดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล (3) ศึกษาปัญหาและแนวทางการให้บริการของที่ทำการไปรษณีย์ในสังกัดสำนักงานไปรษณีย์เขต 6 นครสวรรค์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยคือ ผู้มาใช้บริการ ณ ที่ทำการไปรษณีย์จำนวน 105 ที่ทำการ จำนวน 400 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยวิธีแบบบังเอิญ วิเคราะห้ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบที และการทดสอบเอฟ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ระดับความพึงพอใจในการให้บริการของที่ทำการไปรษณีย์ในสังกัดสำนักงานไปรษณีย์เขต 6 นครสวรรค์ในภาพรวม 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านกระบวนการให้บริการ ด้านเจัาหนัาที่ผู้ให้บริการ ด้านการจัดสถานที่ให้บริการ และด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์ อยู่ในระดับมาก (2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของถูกค้าผู้ใช้บริการที่มี เพศ อายุ สถานภาพ ระดับการศึกษา รายได้ความถี่ในการใช้บริการ สถานที่ที่มารับบริการมีความพึงพอใจในภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนผู้ใช้บริการที่มีอาชีพแตกต่างกันมีความพึงพอใจในภาพรวมแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (3) สำหรับปัญหาที่ผู้ใช้บริการต้องการให้แกัไขส่วนใหญ่เป็นปัญหาช่องบริการรับฝากมีนัอย การให้บริการล่าช้า มีการประชาสัมพันธ์นัอย สถานที่บริการอากาศร้อน สถานที่คับแคบโดยเสนอแนะควรเพิ่มช่องให้บริการให้มากขึ้นกว่าเดิม เพิ่มเจัาหนัาที่รับฝาก สำหรับบริการใหม่ขอให้มีการประชาสัมพันธ์ทางทีวี ควรติดตั้งเครื่องปรับอากาศ ควรขยายอาคารให้กว้างกว่าเดิม
The objectives of this study were to (1) study the satisfaction of post office customers in postal services at the Regional Postal Bureau (Region 6) Nakhon Sawan; (2) compare the satisfaction of post office customers based on personal factors; (3) study the service problems and the appropriate solution approaches for the Regional Postal Bureau (Region 6) Nakhon Sawan. Samples comprised of 400 customers who received the services from 105 postal offices in Region 6. Instrument used was questionnaires. Data was collected incidentally and was analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean standard deviation, t-test and F-test as statistical tools. The results showed that: (1) the overall customer satisfaction was high in all 4 services included processes of service system, postal service personnel, management of service area, and public relation system of Regional Postal Bureau (Region 6) Nakhon Sawan; (2) when compared satisfaction of customers. It was found that customers with different sex, ages, marital status, educational level, income, frequency of services received, had no significant differences in their satisfaction on services; as for customers with different occupations, difference in satisfaction was found at .05 level of significance; (3) major problems customers needed to see them solved were inadequate service counters, slow services, less public relations, too warm and too narrow service areas; customers' suggestions were: more service counters and service staff should be provided, new services should be communicated via television screen, air condition should be installed, and building facilities should be expanded.
