การประยุกต์ธุรกิจอัจฉริยะในการบริหารงานจัดซื้อจัดจ้างในธุรกิจซ่อมเรือ กรณีของบริษัทอู่เรือมารีนแอ็คมีไทย จำกัด

Abstract

การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) สร้างคลังข้อมูลเพื่อใช้ในด้านการบริหารงานจัดซื้อจัดจ้างในธุรกิจซ่อมเรือ (2) จัดทำรายงานตามหลักการธุรกิจอัจฉริยะ เพื่อรองรับการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหาร (3) ประเมินผลจากผู้ใช้งานระบบในระดับต่างๆ โดยใช้ข้อมูลของแผนกจัดซื้อของ บริษัท อู่เรือ มารีน แอ็คมี ไทย จำกัด ตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2555 จนถึงปี พ.ศ. 2557 ระบบนี้ใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 เป็นเครื่องมือในการจัดการและจัดเก็บข้อมูล และใช้โปรแกรม SQL Server Business Intelligence Development Studio ในส่วนของ Integration Service ในการดึง แปลง และนำเข้าข้อมูลหรือกระบวนการ ETL จากนั้นนำข้อมูลมาสร้างความสัมพันธ์โดยใช้ Analysis Service ซึ่งผลที่ได้คือลูกบาศก์ข้อมูล ที่สามารถเรียกดูข้อมูลได้หลายมิติ และใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Excel 2010 ในการนำเสนอรายงาน ซึ่งจะเป็นระบบการประมวลผลเชิงวิเคราะห์แบบออนไลน์หรือโอแลป และใช้ระบบปฏิบัติการ Microsoft Windows 2003 Server ในการทดสอบและใช้งานผลที่ได้จากการประยุกต์ธุรกิจอัจฉริยะด้านการบริหารงานจัดซื้อจัดจ้างของธุรกิจซ่อมเรือ คือ 1) ผู้บริหารระดับสูงได้รับทราบถึงข้อมูลเชิงลึกในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจในความหลากหลายของรายงานจากระบบ 2) สามารถวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้โดยการคริลล์ดาวน์ และโรลล์อัปได้ ซึ่งทำให้สามารถที่จะควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายในการจัดซื้อวัสดุอุปกรณ์ในการซ่อมแซมเรือได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

The objective of the application of business intelligence for procurement management in ship repair business were as follows: (1) to create a data warehouse for procurement in the ship repair business, (2) to prepare reports based on business intelligence to support the administration, (3) to evaluate the system at various levels. Data collection for the prototype system was the information of purchasing department of Marine Acme Thai Dockyard Co.,Ltd. from 2012 to 2014. This system used Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 as a tool to manage and store data and SQL Server Business Intelligence Development Studio in the Integration Service to extract, convert and import data or ETL process. Then the data relation was built using Analysis Service. Data Cubes could be retrieved as multi-dimensional data and presented as reports by Microsoft Excel 2010. This is referred to Online Analytical Processing system (OLAP). Moreover Microsoft Windows 2003 Server was used for operating system, testing and implementing platform. The result of the application of business intelligence for procurement management in ship repair business were 1) executives were aware of insights into the analysis of data to support decision making in a variety of system reports 2) data was able to analyze by drill-down and roll-up leading to possibility to control the cost of purchasing materials for ship repairment effectively
