Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ (1) เพี่อให้ทราบถึงข้อมูลพื้นฐาน ประเภทการเดินทางและค่าใชัจ่ายในการท่องเที่ยวประเทศไทยของนักท่องเที่ยวสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน (2) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่ทำให้นักท่องเที่ยวสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีนตัดสินใจเลือกเที่ยวประเทศไทย (3) เพี่อสำรวจพฤติกรรมและความคิดเห็นในการท่องเที่ยวประเทศไทยของนักท่องเที่ยวสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน (4) เพี่อสำรวจโปรแกรมนำเที่ยวและความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการจัดโปรแกรมนำเที่ยวของ
ผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจนำเที่ยวที่ให้บริการแก่นักท่องเที่ยวสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีนกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือนักท่องเที่ยวจากสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีนจำนวน 383 คน และผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจนำเที่ยวจำนวน 10 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามนักท่องเที่ยวชาวจีนและแบบสัมภาษณ์ผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจนำเที่ยว การวิจัยครั้งนี้ปรากฎผลว่า (1) นักท่องเที่ยวจากสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีนที่มาท่องเที่ยวประเทศไทยเป็นเพศชายและหญิงในจำนวนใกล้เคียงกัน โดยส่วนใหญ่มีอายุระหว่าง 31-40 ปี และสมรสแล้วมีการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีท่องเที่ยวโดยใช้บริการบริษัทนำเที่ยวเป็นส่วนมากและมีค่าใช้จ่ายเป็นค่าทัวร์ที่จ่ายให้บริษัททัวมีมากที่สุด (2) สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวในประเทศไทยเป็นปัจจัยอันดับแรกที่นักท่องเที่ยวจากสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีนเลือกเดินทางมาท่องเที่ยวประเทศไทย ข่าวสารในการท่องเที่ยวที่ได้รับมากที่สุด คือ ทางหนังสือพิมพ์ (3) นักท่องเที่ยวจากลาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีนมีวัตถุประสงค์ในการท่องเที่ยวเพื่อความเพิลดเพลินหรือพักผ่อนและเพื่อหาความรู้และประสบการณ์ในวัฒนธรรมของประเทศไทย โดยเห็นว่าเดือนพฤษภาคมเหมาะสมที่สุดในการท่องเที่ยว (4) โปรแกรมทัวร์ที่ให้นักท่องเที่ยวจากสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีนส่วนใหญ่จะเป็นการเที่ยว วัด - วัง ในกรุงเทพฯตามด้วย พัทยา ระยอง หรือ กาญจนบุรี โดยผู้ประกอบการมีความคิดเห็นว่าควรกระจายแหล่งท่องเที่ยวให้หลากหลายมากขึ้น และ เน้นด้านความสะอาดความปลอดภัยแก่นักท่องเที่ยว
The purposes of this study were to (1) study tourist profile, patterns of travel and Thailand travel’s expenditure of tourists from the people's Republic of China and (2) analyze the factors that affect the decision of tourists from the people s Republic of China to choose to visit Thailand and (3) survey the behavior and the perception of tourists from the people’s Republic of China in visiting Thailand and (4) to survey the tour programs for Chinese tourists and the opinion of organizing tour programs from tour operators. The sample of three hundred and seventy nine participants consisted of 383 tourists from the people’s Republic of China and 10 managers of incoming tour operators. The instruments used for collecting data were questionnaires for Chinese tourists and structured interviews for tour operators. Research finding showed that (1) the gender of tourists from the People's Republic of China visiting Thailand was equally between male and female, mostly age between 31-40, married and received bachelor degree. The majority of Chinese tourists used service from tour operators and spent for their tour services the most; (2) the first factor that tourists from the people's Republic of China decide to choose Thailand as their visit was tounst attractions in Thailand which they access the information from newspaper; (3) the main objective of tourists from the people's Republic of China in visiting Thailand was leisure tourism and cultural tourism. May was the most appropriate month to visit Thailand; and (4) tour programs consist of sightseeing temples and palaces in Bangkok followed by those in Pattaya. Rayong or Kanchaburee provinces. The tour operators thought that they should have more choices of places to visit and focused on safety and cleanliness for tourists.
