Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาลักษณะความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ของพนักงานขายเภสัชภัณฑ์ในโรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ (2) ศึกษาการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานขายเภสัชภัณฑ์ในโรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ และ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างลักษณะความฉลาดทางอารมณ์กับผลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานขายเภสัชภัณฑ์ในโรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ การศึกษาครั้งนี้ประชากร คือพนักงานขายเภสัชภัณฑ์ในโรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ จำนวน 82 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) พนักงานขายเภสัชภัณฑ์ในโรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์มีลักษณะความฉลาดทางอารมณ์อยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างสูง (2) พนักงานขายเภสัชภัณฑ์ในโรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ส่วนใหญ่ประสบความสำเร็จด้านยอดขายอย่างยังยืนปานกลาง โดยมียอดขายต่อเดือนตั้งแต่ร้อยละ 80 ขึ้นไปเป็น เวลา 6-9 เดือนต่อปี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 59.76 และ (3) พนักงานขายเภสัชภัณฑ์ในโรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ที่ประสบความสำเร็จด้านยอดขายอย่างยั่งยืนมากมีลักษณะความฉลาดทางอารมณ์โดยรวมสูงกว่าพนักงานขายเภสัชภัณฑ์ที่ประสบความสำเร็จอย่างยั่งยืนปานกลางและประสบความสำเร็จไม่สม่ำเสมอด้วยค่าเฉลี่ยลักษณะความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ 4.91, 4.79 และ 4.72 ตามลำดับ
The objectives of this study were (1) to study trait emotional intelligence of medical representatives; (2) to study performance of medical representatives; and (3) to study the relationship between trait emotional intelligence and performance of medical representatives at Chulalongkorn hospital. The population was 82 medical representatives at Chulalongkorn hospital. The research tool was a questionnaire. The statistical analysis of this study included percentage, mean and standard deviation. This study found as follows: (1) trait emotional intelligence of medical representatives at Chulalongkorn hospital was at medium high level; (2) 59.76% of medical representatives at Chulalongkorn hospital got moderated sustainable achievement on performance, equal to or more than 80% of sales per month in 6-9 months; and (3) the medical representatives at Chulalongkorn hospital who got the most sustainable achievement on performance had higher mean of trait emotional intelligence than medical representatives who got moderated sustainable achievement and irregular achievement at 4.91, 4.79 and 4.72 respectively.
