Abstract
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับการรับรู้การเข้าถึงระบบจดทะเบียนนิติบุคคลทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (2) เปรียบเทียบระดับการรับรู้การเข้าถึงระบบจดทะเบียนนิติบุคคลทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ จำแนกตาม ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล (3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการประชาสัมพันธ์ของหน่วยงานกับการรับรู้การเข้าถึงระบบจดทะเบียนนิติบุคคลทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และ (4) ศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรค และแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาเกี่ยวกับระบบจดทะเบียนนิติบุคคลทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ ผู้ประกอบการและตัวแทนของผู้ประกอบการที่มาใช้บริการจดทะเบียนนิติบุคคล ณ สำนักงานพาณิชย์จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา ตั้งแต่เดือนเมษายน - พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2562 จำนวน 150 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเก็บข้อมูลจากประชากรทั้งหมด โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลแบ่งเป็น 2 ส่วน คือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย การแจกแจงความถี่ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ การทดสอบค่าที่ และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเพื่อทดสอบสมมติฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) การรับรู้การเข้าถึงระบบจดทะเบียนนิติ
The objectives of this study were (1) study the level of perception of access to electronic juristic registration system (2) compare the level of perception of access to electronic juristic registration system Classified by personal factors (3) study the relationship between public relations of the organization and the perception of access to the electronic registration system; and (4) study problems and obstacles as well as guidelines for solving problems relating to electronic juristic registration systems (e-Registration). This study was a survey research. The population used in the study is entrepreneurs and representatives of entrepreneurs who use corporate registration service at Chachoengsao Commercial Office from April - May 2019, amount 150 person. Using specific sampling methods. The instrument used in the study was a questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, frequency distribution. T-test standard deviation One-way Analysis of Variance and regression analysis. The results revealed that (1) the level of perception of access to electronic juristic registration system of entrepreneurs as a whole are at a high level (2) personal factors relating to gender, age, education level income per month and business type affecting the perception of access to electronic corporate registration system not different (3) public relations factors of the department affecting the perception of access to electronic corporate registration system significantly at 0.05; and (4) problems, obstacles, and solutions for problems related to the electronic juristic person registration system is operators are concerned about the risk of malfunction or instability of the electronic juristic person registration system which may cause problems in use and the layout of the system structure is quite complicated difficult to use solutions. The solutions to the problems is hould pay attention to the maintenance of the internet network to be ready for use at all times can provide stable service Should add various precautions should add various precautions before accessing the electronic registration system and should improve the layout of the structure of the electronic corporate registration system to be easy to use there are simple steps to use. Can use the service on all computers and supports all versions of the internet and there should be more publicity about electronic juristic person registration systems in many ways.
