Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างแบบจำลองศูนย์แนะแนวที่เหมาะสมสำหรับนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการจัดตั้งศูนย์แนะแนวสำหรับผู้สูงอายุของโรงพยาบาลสมเด็จพระยุพราชยะหา จังหวัดยะลา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจงประกอบด้วย บุคคล 4 กลุ่ม คือ 1) ผู้ปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวข้องกับงานแนะแนว/ผู้สูงอายุ จำนวน 22 คน 2) ผู้เชี่ยวชาญงานแนะแนว/ผู้สูงอายุ จำนวน 20 คน 3) ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิทางการแนะแนว /ผู้สูงอายุ จำนวน 3 คน และ 4) ผู้สูงอายุในเขตอำเภอยะหา จังหวัดยะลา จำนวน 100 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ (1) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นสำหรับกลุ่มผู้ที่ปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวข้องกับงานแนะแนว/ผู้สูงอายุ (2) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ (3) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นสำหรับกลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านงานแนะแนว/ผู้สูงอายุ ซึ่งใช้เทคนิคเดลฟาย และ (4) แบบสอบถามเพื่อประเมินความเป็นไปได้ของแบบจำลองศูนย์แนะแนวสำหรับผู้สูงอายุของโรงพยาบาลสมเด็จพระยุพราชยะหา จังหวัดยะลา สำหรับผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิทางการแนะแนว/ผู้สูงอายุ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน มัธยฐาน พิสัยระหว่างควอร์ไทล์ และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาผลการวิจัยพบว่า แบบจำลองศูนย์แนะแนวสำหรับผู้สูงอายุของโรงพยาบาลสมเด็จพระยุพราชยะหา จังหวัดยะลา ประกอบด้วย ปรัชญาปณิธาน เป้าหมาย นโยบาย ภารกิจ การจัดการองค์กร บุคลากร เครื่องมือและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก โครงสร้างพื้นฐานและงบประมาณ ลักษณะเด่นที่สำคัญ ของแบบจำลองศูนย์แนะแนวสำหรับผู้สูงอายุของโรงพยาบาลสมเด็จพระยุพราชยะหา จังหวัดยะลา ด้านบริการ ผู้ที่ทำหน้าที่ให้การแนะแนวควรเป็นผู้ที่มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ในการแนะแนวหรือการดูแลผู้สูงอายุ ด้านวิชาการ ส่งเสริมให้มีการค้นคว้าหาความรู้และทำการวิจัยทางการแนะแนวอย่างสม่ำเสมอ และด้านบริหารมีการดำเนินงานในลักษณะคณะกรรมการ และดำเนินการอย่างมีส่วนร่วมระหว่างศูนย์แนะแนวหน่วยงานภายนอก ชุมชน รวมทั้งผู้นำศาสนาหรือผู้นำชุมชน
The purpose of this research was to construct a guidance center model for elderly people of Yaha Crown Prince Hospital, Yala Province. The research sample totaling 145 purposively selected persons consisted of (1) 22 guidance service providers/ elderly; (2) 20 guidance specialists elderly people; (3) 3 guidance experts/ elderly people; and (4) 100 elderly people in Yaha district area. Research instruments consisted of (1) a questionnaires to obtain opinions from the group of guidance service providers/ elderly people; (2) a questionnaires to obtain opinions of elderly people; (3) a questionnaire to obtain opinions from the group of guidance specialists/ elderly people to be used with the Delphi Technique; and (4) a questionnaire for guidance experts/ elderly people to assess the feasibility of the guidance center model for elderly people of Yaha Crown Prince Hospital. Yala province. Statistics for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, median, and inter-quartile range. Also, content analysis was employed for analyzing descriptive data. The research findings showed that the constructed guidance center model for elderly people of Yaha Crown Prince Hospital, Yala Province was composed of philosophy, resolution, goals, policies, function, organizational management, personnel, tools and facilities, basic structure, and budget. The distinctive characteristics of the guidance center model for elderly people of Yaha Crown Prince Hospital, Yala Province were the following: On the services, the guidance service providers should be well-informed and have the experience on guidance or guidance or taking care of elderly people; on the academic affairs, the guidance center should promote the acquisition of knowledge and research on guidance on a regular basis; and on administered, the center should be administered by a committee and operated collaboratively involving the guidance center, outside agencies, community, religious leaders, and community leaders
