Abstract
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการในโรงงานฉีดพลาสติกขึ้นรูป บริษัทตรีอรรถบูรณ์ จำกัด (2) ศึกษาปัจจัย ด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจและปัจจัยด้านสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน และ(3) เปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของพนักงาน จำแนกตาม ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจประชากรคือ พนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการของฝ่ายผลิตในโรงงานฉีดพลาสติกขึ้นรูป บริษัทตรีอรรถบูรณ์ จำกัด มีจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 236 คน กำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 149 คนโดยใช้การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความ แปรปรวนทางเดียว การทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ด้วยวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) พฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของพนักงานอยู่ในระดับสูง (2) ปัจจัยด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัยในการทำงานและปัจจัยด้านสภาพแวดล้อมใน การทำงานในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากและทั้งสองปัจจัยมีผลต่อพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน โดยร่วมกันทำนายการส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานไต้ร้อยละ 35.6 และ(3) พนักงาน ที่มีเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์การทำงานและประสบการณ์การเกิดอุบัติเหตุในการ ปฏิบัติงานแตกต่างกันมีพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ 0.05 ส่วนพนักงานที่มีสถานภาพ หน่วยงานที่สังกัด จำนวนชั่วโมงการปฏิบัติงาน และช่วงเวลาที่เข้างานแตกต่างกัน มีพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานไม่แตกต่างกัน
The objectives of this study were: (1) to study work safety behaviors of the operational employees in injection molded plastic factories of Tre-Atthaboon company limited; (2) to study factors of knowledge and working environment affecting work safety behavior; and(3) to compare work safety behaviors by employee personal factors. This study was a survey research. The population was 236 operational employees of production department in injection molded plastic factories of TreAtthaboon company limited. The sample size was 149 employees randomized by stratified random sampling. Data collection was done by a questionnaire and analytical statistics were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one way ANOVA, Scheffe’s method and multi regression analysis. The study found that: (1) work safety behaviors of the operational employees were at the high level; (2) overall knowledges of work safety and work environment factors at the high level and these two factors affect work safety behaviors. Both factors predicted work safety behaviors of 35.6%; and(3) the employees with different gender, age, educational level, work experience, experience of dangerous work had different work safety behaviors at the statistical significant level of 0.05. The employees with different status, agencies, hours of operation and work time had no different works safety behaviors.
