สมรรถนะของพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ดูแลทารกแรกเกิดวิกฤตในหอผู้ป่วยหนักทารกแรกเกิด

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาสมรรถนะที่พึงประสงค์ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ที่ ดูแลทารกแรกเกิดวิกฤตในหอผู้ป่วยหนักทารกแรกเกิด ดำเนินการวิจัยโดยใช้เทคนิคเดลฟาย สัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางการพยาบาลและการแพทย์ จำนวน 23 ท่าน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล จำนวน 3 รอบ รอบที่ 1 สัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ชนิดกึ่งโครงสร้าง นำข้อมูลที่ได้จากการสัมภาษณ์มาวิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์จัดเป็นหมวดหมู่ สร้างเป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตรประมาณค่า เพื่อให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญให้ความคิดเห็นรอบที่ 2 และ รอบที่ 3 ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการคำนวณหาค่ามัธยฐาน ฐานนิยม และค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทส์ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ สมรรถนะของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ที่ดูแลทารกแรกเกิดวิกฤตในหอผู้ป่วยหนักทารกแรกเกิด ประกอบด้วยสมรรถนะหลัก 7 ด้าน คือ (1) สมรรถนะด้านความรู้ความสามารถทางการพยาบาลทารกแรกเกิดวิกฤต (2) สมรรถนะด้านเทคนิคการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลทารกแรกเกิดวิกฤต (3) สมรรถนะด้านการประเมินและวางแผนการพยาบาล (4) สมรรถนะด้านการบริหารจัดการและภาวะผู้นำ (5) สมรรถนะด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์และการติดต่อสื่อสาร (6) สมรรถนะด้านทัศนคติ บุคลิกภาพและคุณลักษณะ และ (7) สมรรถนะด้านนวัตกรรมและวิจัยทางการพยาบาล สมรรถนะของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ที่ดูแลทารกแรกเกิดวิกฤต ทั้ง 7 ด้าน ประกอบด้วยสมรรถนะย่อย 55 ข้อ เป็นสมรรถนะของพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ดูแลทารกแรกเกิด วิกฤตที่มีความสำคัญระดับมากที่สุด 38 ข้อ และเป็นสมรรถนะของพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ดูแลทารกแรกเกิดวิกฤต ที่มีความสำคัญระดับมาก 17 ข้อ

The purpose of this research were to study the competencies of neonatal intensive care nurses at the neonatal intensive care unit. The Delphi technique was used for data collection.Twenty three nursing and medical experts were interviewed in 3 rounds by the researcher to collect data. First, semi- structured interviews were employed and data were analyzed by content analysis. Then the results were used to develop the rating scale questionnaires which were used for collecting data in the second and the third rounds. Finally, data were analyzed by median, mode, and interquartile range. The results were as follow's: the desirable competencies of neonatal intensive care nurses at the neonatal intensive care unit consisted of 7 competencies and 55 sub-competencies. Experts rated 38 sub-competencies at the highest level and 17 sub-competencies at the high level. The 7 core competencies were as follows: (1) knowledge; (2) nursing practice; (3) assessment and nursing care plan; (4) management and leadership; (5) human relationship and communication; (6) attitudes, personalities, and attributes; and (7) innovation and nursing research.
