Abstract
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล เศรษฐกิจสังคมของเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกมะม่วงน้ำดอกไม้เพื่อการส่งออก 2) ศึกษาการจัดการทรัพยากรในการผลิตมะม่วงน้ำดอกไม้เพื่อการส่งออกของเกษตรกร 3) จำแนกกลุ่มเกษตรกรตามระดับการจัดการทรัพยากร และ 4) เสนอแนะแนวทางการจัดการธุรกิจสวนมะม่วงน้ำดอกไม้เพื่อการส่งออก การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมวิธี ประชากรในการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ คือ เกษตรกรผู้ปลูกมะม่วงน้ำดอกไม้ในจังหวัดพิจิตร จำนวน 1,349 ราย สุ่มตัวอย่างเกษตรกรจำนวน 400 ราย ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิตามอำเภอและการสุ่มอย่างง่าย โดยการเก็บข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าต่ำสุด ค่าสูงสุด ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ส่วนการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพเป็นการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้เชี่ยวชาญใช้วิธีการเลือกตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 5 ราย โดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) เกษตรกรผู้ให้ข้อมูลส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุเฉลี่ย 54.54 ปี สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น มีประสบการณ์ในการปลูกมะม่วงเฉลี่ย 10.89 ปี มีรายได้หลักมาจากการทำสวนมะม่วงเฉลี่ย 61,618 บาท/ไร่/ปี เป็นสมาชิกของธนาคารเพื่อการเกษตรและสหกรณ์การเกษตร 2) การจัดการทรัพยากรในการผลิตของเกษตรกรสอดคล้องกับระบบการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี 3) จำแนกกลุ่มเกษตรกรตามระดับการจัดการทรัพยากรออกเป็น 3 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ กลุ่มที่มีการจัดการอยู่ในระดับที่ดีหรือกลุ่มผู้นำจำนวน 81 ราย กลุ่มที่มีการจัดการอยู่ในระดับปานกลางหรือกลุ่มปานกลางจำนวน 311 ราย และกลุ่มที่มีการจัดการอยู่ในระดับที่ต้องปรับปรุงหรือกลุ่มปรับปรุงจำนวน 8 ราย 4) แนวทางการจัดการธุรกิจสวนมะม่วงน้ำดอกไม้เพื่อการส่งออก ได้แก่ (1) ด้านการผลิต ควรรวมกลุ่มรูปแบบแปลงใหญ่ เพื่อลดต้นทุนการผลิต เกษตรกรในกลุ่มปานกลางและกลุ่มปรับปรุงควรมีการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้กับเกษตรกรกลุ่มผู้นำ เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์การจัดการสวนมะม่วงให้ได้ปริมาณผลผลิตที่ได้คุณภาพเพื่อการส่งออกเพิ่มมากขึ้น (2) ด้านการจัดการ ควรมีการจัดการธุรกิจสวนมะม่วงตลอดทั้งระบบโซ่อุปทาน (3) การส่งออก ควรมุ่งเน้นการสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มของผลผลิตมะม่วง การยืดอายุของผลผลิตหลังการเก็บเกี่ยว และส่งเสริมการตลาดทั้งแบบออฟไลน์และออนไลน์
The objectives of this research were to (1) study the socio-economic conditions of farmers who grow Nam Dok Mai Mangoes for export; (2) study the production resource management of farmers Nam Dok Mai mango orchards for export business; (3) classify farmer groups according to the level of resource management; and (4) suggest guidelines for business management of Nam Dok Mai Mango orchards. This research was mixed methods research. In the quantitative study, the population was 1,349 farmers who grew Nam Dok Mai Mangoes in Phichit Province. A total of 400 people were randomly sampled, stratified by district, and using a simple random methodology. The data were collected using questionnaires, the statistics used in the analysis were frequency, percentage, minimum, maximum, mean and standard deviation. The qualitative study was conducted using in-depth interviews with five related experts. The data were analyzed through content analysis. The results showed that 1) most of the farmers were female with average age of 54.54 years, completed lower secondary education, average mango cultivation experience of 10.89 years, the main income is from mango plantation average 61,618 baht/rai/year, and most of them were members of the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives. 2) The management of farmers' resources was in accordance with Good Agricultural Practices (GAP). 3) The farmers were classified according to the level of resource management into 3 groups: 81 with good management or leadership group, 311 with moderate management or moderate group, and 8 with low management or improvement group. 4) The business management guidelines for the export of Nam Dok Mai mango were: (1) Production; surrounding farmers should combine their orchards into collaborative agriculture to reduce production costs. The farmers in the moderate group and the improvement group should exchange knowledge with the leadership group to exchange experiences on mango plantation management in order to increase the quantity of quality produce for export, (2) Business management; mango plantation business should be managed throughout the supply chain, and (3) Export; mango exports should focus on creating added value in mango production. Extend the shelf life of post-harvest crops and promote online and offline marketing.
