Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาภารกิจงานแนะแนวของโรงเรียน ประถมศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเพชรบุรี เขต 1 และ (2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูต่อภารกิจงานแนะแนวของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาเพชรบุรี เขต 1 จำแนกตามตำแหน่งงาน ประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน และขนาดของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 93 คน และครู จำนวน 250 คน รวม 343 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า มีค่าความเที่ยง เท่ากับ .93 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการศึกษาปรากฏว่า (1) ภารกิจงานแนะแนวของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาตาม ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาเพชรบุรี เขต 1 มี การปฏิบัติในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และ (2) ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูมีความคิดเห็นต่อ การปฏิบัติภารกิจงานแนะแนวของโรงเรียนไม่แตกต่างกัน บุคลากรในสถานศึกษาขนาดต่างกันมี ความคิดเห็นต่อการปฏิบัติภารกิจงานแนะแนวของโรงเรียนไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่บุคลากรที่มีประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานแตกต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อภารกิจงานแนะแนวของโรงเรียน ต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 โดยผู้บริหารและครูที่มีประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน 11-20ปี มีความคิดเห็นต่อการปฏิบัติภารกิจงานแนะแนวของโรงเรียนในทางบวกสูงกว่าความคิดเห็นของ ผู้บริหารและครูที่มีประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน 5-10 ปี
The objectives of this study were (1) to study the guidance function of primary school as perceived by administrators and teachers in schools under Phetchaburi Primary Education Service Area Office 1; and (2) to compare opinions of school administrators and teachers towards the guidance function of primary schools under Phetchaburi Primary Education Service Area Office 1, as classified by work position, work experience, and school size. The sample of this study consisted of 343 school personnel classified into 93 school administrators and 250 teachers, obtained by stratified random sampling. The employed research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire with reliability coefficient of .93. Statistics for data analysis were the mean, standard deviation, and t-test. Findings of the study showed that (1) the overall guidance function of primary school as perceived by administrators and teachers in schools under Phetchaburi Primary Education Service Area Office 1 was practiced at the high level; and (2) the administrators and teachers did not significantly differ in their opinions toward the practice of guidance function in school; school personnel in schools of different sizes did not significantly differ in their opinions toward the practice of guidance function in school; while school personnel with different work experiences differed significantly at the .05 level in their opinions toward the practice of guidance function in school, with administrators and teachers with work experience of 11-20 years having significantly higher positive opinions toward the practice of guidance function in school than those of administrators and teachers with work experience of 5 – 10 years.
