การพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลเพื่อการสนับสนุนการขาย : กรณีศึกษา : บริษัทแม็ค เอช แอนด์ เอช เอ็นจิเนียริ่ง กรุ๊ป (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลเพื่อสนับสนุนการขาย กรณีศึกษา: บริษัท แม็คเอช แอนด์เอช เอนจิเนียริ่งกรุ๊ป (ไทยแลนด) จํากัด วิธีการวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงพัฒนา วิธีการพัฒนาระบบใช้หลักการของวงจรการพัฒนา ระบบสารสนเทศ เริ่มจากการศึกษาวิเคราะห์กระบวนการทำงานของฝ่ายขาย เพื่อนํามาสร้างต้นแบบระบบฐานขอมูลเพื่อสนับสนุนการขาย ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น พบว่าขอมูลสินค้าไม่มีการจัดเก็บ อย่างเป็นระบบ ข้อมูลสินค้ากระจัดกระจาย ขาดศูนย์กลางในการควบคุม ข้อมูลสินค้าขาดความครบถ้วนสมบูรณ์และมักขัดแย้งกัน จากนั้นวิเคราะห์และออกแบบระบบสารสนเทศใหม่ ซึ่งระบบสารสนเทศที่พัฒนาขึ้นประกอบด้วย 3 ระบบงานย่อย คือ ระบบสืบค้นสารสนเทศงานขาย มีความสามารถในการสืบค้นข้อมูลระบบสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจเลือกสินค้าที่เหมาะสมกับงานของลูกค้า การประเมินระบบสารสนเทศโดยการจัดทำแบบสำรวจความคิดเห็นและความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ระบบฐานข้อมูลเพื่อสนับสนุนการขายการพัฒนาระบบใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Access ซึ่งเป็นโปรแกรมฐานขอมูลจัดการกับข้อมูลร่วมกับการใช้ โปรแกรมภาษา PHP ส่วนต่อประสานผู้ใช้ใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Dreamweaver ผลที่ได้จากการวิจัย ทําให้ได้ ระบบฐานข้อมูลเพื่อสนับสนุนการขายที่ผู้ใช้งานสามารถ ค้นหาข้อมูลรวมทั้งผู้บริหารสามารถใช้งานในการวางแผนเพื่อบริหารจัดการข้อมูลได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น ผลการประเมินระบบฐานขอมูลเพื่อสนับสนุนการขายพบว่าผู้ประเมินมีความพึงพอใจระดับมาก

The purpose of the research was to develop a sale supporting database system. It was a case study of the Mc H&H Engineering Group (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Research methods were research and development. The system was developed using the principles of information systems development cycle. To create a prototype database system to support sales researchers started from the analysis of the sales process. The problems were as follows: Stock information was not stored in a systematic way, stock information was sparse, there was a lack of central control, and a complete lack of, or often conflicting, information on products. After analysis the new system was designed. It was composed of three sub-systems: a sales information retrieval system, a decision support system to suit the client needs, and an evaluation system to provide surveys, opinions and preferences of the database to support sales. The system used a Microsoft Access database with information about the PHP programming language user interface using Microsoft Dreamweaver. The results of this study was a sale supporting database system which users can access to find information. An executive can use the system to plan to manage the data more efficiently. The results of the system evaluation revealed that most users were highly satified with the system.
