Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาพฤติกรรมการใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตสำรองห้องพัก และการตัดสินใจเลือกโรงแรมผ่านระบบออนไลน์ของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร (2) เปรียบเทียบระดับการตัดสินใจเลือกโรงแรมผ่านระบบออนไลน์ของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำแนกตามข้อมูลด้านประชากร และ (3) เปรียบเทียบการตัดสินใจเลือกโรงแรมผ่านระบบออนไลน์ของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำแนกตามพฤติกรรมการใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตในการสำรองห้องพักการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากร คือ นักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยที่ใช้บริการเลือกโรงแรมผ่านระบบออนไลน์ในช่วงระยะเวลา 5 ปี ที่ผ่านมา ที่ไม่ทราบจำนวนแน่นอน กำหนดขนาดตัวอย่างโดยใช้ความคลาดเคลื่อน 0.05 จำนวน 400 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน คือ การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) นักท่องเที่ยวใช้อินเทอร์เน็ต 3-4 วัน ต่อสัปดาห์ นานกว่า 6 ชั่วโมงต่อครั้งเลือกโรงแรมผ่านระบบออนไลน์น้อยกว่า 2 ครั้ง สำรองห้องพัก ออนไลน์ล่วงหน้ามากกว่า 4 สัปดาห์ จองโรงแรมผ่านเว็บไซต์ Agoda.com เป็นประจำ เพราะความมีชื่อเสียงและมีช่องทางการชำระเงินผ่านแอพพลิเคชั่น และเต็มใจจ่ายค่าที่พักคืนละ 1,001 – 1,500 บาท ส่วนการตัดสินใจสำรองห้องพักให้ความสำคัญ ด้านสถานที่/ช่องทางการจัดจำหน่ายมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านลักษณะโรงแรม/ห้องพัก และ การบริการ ด้านส่งเสริมการตลาด และด้านราคา ตามลำดับ (2) นักท่องเที่ยวช่วงอายุ 20-39 ปี และ 50-59 ปี มีการตัดสินใจมากกว่าช่วงอายุ 60 ปี ขึ้นไป ส่วนช่วงอายุ 40-49 ปี มีการตัดสินใจมากกว่าอายุ 50-59 ปี อย่างมี นัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และ (3) ผู้ใช้อินเทอร์เน็ต 5-6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ มีการตัดสินใจมากกว่าการใช้ 3-4 วันต่อสัปดาห์ ส่วนระยะเวลาการใช้อินเทอร์เน็ต จำนวนครั้งในการเลือกสำรองห้องพัก ผ่านระบบออนไลน์ จำนวนวัน ที่สำรองห้องพัก ผ่านระบบออนไลน์ล่วงหน้า เว็บไซต์ที่ใช้สำรองห้องพัก เป็นประจำเหตุผลที่ใช้บริการเว็บไซต์ข้างต้น ช่องทางชำระเงิน และการจ่ายค่าห้องพักต่อคืน เป็นพฤติกรรมที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
The objectives of the study are: (1) to study the Thai tourists’ behavior of accessing internet for hotel reservations and to make decision on hotel selection through online system in Bangkok; (2) to compare the level of decision making on hotel selection through online system in Bangkok by demographic data; and (3) to compare the decision making on hotel selection through online system of Thai tourists in Bangkok by behavior of using internet for hotel reservations. The study was a survey research. Total population was Thai tourists used online system for hotel selection during last 5 years with unknown number. The 400 samples calculated by using multi-stage sampling method with 0.05 error. The data was collected by using questionnaire and was analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-Test and one-way ANOVA. The results show that: (1) Thai tourists access internet 3-4 days per week, more than 6 hours each time, select hotel through online system less than two times, reserve online more than 4 weeks in advance, regularly reserve through Agoda.com website because of its renown and payment through an application, and are willing to pay 1,001 – 1,500 Baht per room night. Place is the most important factor for hotel booking whereas hotel features and services, promotion and price factors are important respectively; (2) Thai tourists with aged 20-39 and aged 50-59 make decision more than aged 60 and over, and ones with aged 40-49 make decision more than aged 50-59 at 0.05 statistical significance; and (3) Thai tourists access internet 5-6 days per week make more decision rather than 3-4 days. While internet use period, number of online booking, number of days for advance online booking, regularly used website, reasons for using that website, payment, and room rate per night are important decision making behaviors of them at 0.05 statistical significance.
