Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1).ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนต่อการ จัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนแม่ทะประชาสามัคคี จังหวัดลำปาง 2).เปรียบเทียบความ พึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนต่อการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนแม่ทะประชาสามัคคี จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา อาชีพ รายได้ และระดับการศึกษาของนักเรียนในปกครอง และ 3).เสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานโรงเรียนแม่ทะประชาสามัคคี กลุ่ม ตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนโรงเรียนแม่ทะประชาสามัคคี จังหวัดลำปาง ระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ถึงชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ในปีการศึกษา 2559 จำนวน 122 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนต่อการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนแม่ทะประชาสามัคคี จังหวัดลำปาง ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัย ปรากฏว่า 1) ความ พึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนต่อการจัดการศึกษาโรงเรียนแม่ทะประชาสามัคคี จังหวัดลำปาง ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ผู้ปกครองที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาต่ากว่าปริญญาตรี มีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการศึกษามากกว่าผู้ปกครองที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี ผู้ปกครองที่มีอาชีพทางานในหน่วยงาน มีความพึงพอใจมากกว่าผู้ปกครองที่มีอาชีพอิสระ ผู้ปกครองที่มีรายได้มากกว่า 7,000 บาท/เดือน มีความพึงพอใจมากกว่าผู้ปกครองที่มีรายได้ต่ากว่า 7,000 บาท/เดือน ผู้ปกครองของนักเรียนในระดับมัธยม ศึกษาตอนต้น มีความพึงพอใจมากกว่าผู้ปกครองของนักเรียนในระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย และ3) ได้แนวทางในการพัฒนาการบริหารงานโรงเรียน ดังนี้ ให้นักเรียนทุกคน มีส่วนร่วมในการรักษาความสะอาด จัดหาครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาให้ครบทุกรายวิชา ปรับหลักสูตรให้เหมาะสมกับผู้เรียนและท้องถิ่น กวดขันด้านความมีระเบียบวินัยแก่ผู้เรียน และควรมีการระดมทรัพยากรจากผู้ปกครองอย่างเหมาะสมให้เพียงพอกับการนำไปพัฒนาโรงเรียนต่อไป
This objectives of this research were. 1) To study the satisfaction of parents of students in the educational management of Maehong Pracha Samakkee School, Lampang Province. 2) To compare parents' satisfaction with the educational management of Mae Pra Pra Samakkee School Classified by educational background, occupation, income and educational level of the student. and 3) To propose ways to improve the management of Mae Pra Pra Samakkee School. The population of the research Parents, students in Maehong Pracha Samakkee School, Lampang Province at the grade level of Mathayom 1to Mathayom 6 122 people in the academic year 2559. Tools used in research. A questionnaire about parents' satisfaction toward the educational management of Maehong Pracha Samakkee School, Lampang Province. Created by the researcher. Have reliability of .98 Statistics used in data analysis are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. And testing the value of The results showed that. 1) Satisfaction of students' parents towards the management of Maehong Pracha Samakkee School in Lampang Province was at a high level. 2) Parents who have a bachelor degree They are more satisfied with their education than their parents with bachelor's degree. Parents who work in the agency. More satisfied than parents who are self-employed. Parents who earn more than 7,000 baht / month are more satisfied than parents with less than 7,000 baht / month. More satisfied than parents with high school students. 3) Get guidance in developing school administration. As follows. Have all students participate in cleanliness. Provide teachers and educational personnel for all subjects. Customize curriculum to suit local and local learners. Strict discipline for students. And Appropriate resource mobilization from parents should be sufficient to support further school development.
