Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคีของสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาภาคเหนือ 1 (2) เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคีของสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาภาคเหนือ 1 และ (3) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียนที่มีต่อการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคีของสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาภาคเหนือ 1 ประชากร ได้แก่ ผู้เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคีของสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาภาคเหนือ 1 จำนวน 69 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้เรียนอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคี สถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาภาคเหนือ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2558 จำนวน 297 คน ได้มาโดยการศึกษาตามสัดส่วนและสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า มีค่าความเที่ยง เท่ากับ .98, .95 และ .96 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยปรากฎว่า 1) สภาพการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคีภาพรวมมีการดำเนินการอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ การนิเทศการฝึกอาชีพ ความร่วมมือในการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคี การวัดผลและประเมินผล การบริหารจัดการ การจัดการเรียนการสอน และการจัดหลักสูตร ตามลำดับ 2) แนวทางการพัฒนาการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคี ภาพรวมควรมีการดำเนินการอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ การนิเทศการฝึกอาชีพ ความร่วมมือในการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคี การวัดผลและประเมินผล การบริหารจัดการ การจัดการเรียนการสอน และการจัดหลักสูตร ตามลำดับ และ 3) ความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียนที่มีต่อการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคี ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ การวัดผลและประเมินผล การจัดหลักสูตร การจัดการเรียนการสอน และการนิเทศการฝึกอาชีพ ตามลำดับ
The purposes of this research were (1) to study the conditions of the dual vocational education system management of Institute of Vocational Education Northern Region 1; (2) to propose the development guidelines of dual vocational education system management of Institute of Vocational Education Northern Region 1; and (3) to study the learners’ satisfaction with the management of dual vocational education system of Institute of Vocational Education Northern Region 1. The research population comprised 69 personnel involved with the management of dual vocational education system of Institute of Vocational Education Northern Region 1. The sample of informants consisted of 297 learners of dual vocational education system of Institute of Vocational Education Northern Region 1 during the academic year 2015, obtained by proportional allocation and simple random sampling. The employed research instruments were a rating scale questionnaire, with reliability coefficients of .98, .95, and .96. The data were statistically analyzed using the frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results showed that (1) the overall condition of the dual vocational education system management was rated at the high level, with the aspect receiving the top rating mean being that of vocational training supervision, followed by the cooperation in dual vocational education system management, the measurement and evaluation, the general management, the instructional management, and the curriculum management, respectively; (2) the development guidelines as a whole of dual vocational education system management was rated at the high level, with the aspect receiving the top rating mean being that of vocational training supervision, followed by the cooperation in dual vocational education system management, the measurement and evaluation, the general management, the instructional management, and the curriculum management, respectively; and (3) the learners’ overall satisfaction with the management of dual vocational education system was rated at the high level, with the aspect receiving the top rating mean being that of measurement and evaluation, followed by the curriculum management, the instructional management, and the vocational training supervision, respectively.
