การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ปัจจัยการบริหารของผู้บริหารศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย เขตสังกัดสำนักงานส่งเสริมการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย กรุงเทพมหานคร (2) การดําเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย เขตสังกัดสำนักงานส่งเสริมการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย กรุงเทพมหานคร และ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว้างปัจจัยการบริหารที่สัมพันธ์ต่อการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย เขตสังกัดสำนักงานส่งเสริมการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย กรุงเทพมหานคร
กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารและครูที่ทำงานประกันคุณภาพในศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย เขตสังกัดสำนักงานส่งเสริมการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย กรุงเทพมหานคร รวม 88 คน จากศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยเขต จำนวน 44 คน และครูที่ทำงานในศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย เขต จำนวน 191 คน ซึ่งได้จากการสุ่มแบบง่ายโดยใช้ตารางสําเร็จรูปของเครจซี่ และมอร์แกน รวมจำนวนทั้งหมด 279 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามปัจจัยการบริหารและการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในทั้งสองตอน มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากัน คือ .977 สถิติที่่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน
ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) ปัจจัยการบริหารของผู้บริหารศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย เขตสังกัดสำนักงานส่งเสริมการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย กรุงเทพมหานคร ปัจจัยการบริหารโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านในระดับมาก (2) การดำเนินงานการประกันคุณภาพภายในศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย เขตสังกัดสำนักงานส่งเสริมการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย กรุงเทพมหานคร ในภาพรวมและรายด้านมีระดับการดำเนินงานอยู่ในระดับมาก และ (3) ปัจจัยการบริหารมีความสัมพันธ์กับการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย เขตสังกัดสำนักงานส่งเสริมการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย กรุงเทพมหานคร ในระดับสูง (r = 0.61)
The objectives of this research were (1) to study the management factors of non- formal and informal education center administrators under the Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education in Bangkok Metropolis; (2) to study the operation of internal quality assurance in non-formal and informal education centers under the Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education in Bangkok Metropolis; and (3) to study the management factors related to the operation of internal quality assurance in non-formal and informal education centers under the Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education in Bangkok Metropolis. The research sample totaling 279 persons consisted of 88 administrators working on quality assurance work in district non-formal and informal education centers and 191 teachers working on quality assurance work in district non-formal and informal education centers underthe Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education in Bangkok Metropolis, obtained by simple random sampling. The sample size was determined based on Krejcie and Morgan Sample Size Table. The data collecting instrument was a questionnaire containing two parts; Part 1 on management factors, and Part 2 on the operation of internal quality assurance, with equal reliability coefficients of .977. Statistics used in data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. The results from this research were (1) the overall and by-aspect management factors of non-formal and informal education center administrators under the Office of Non- Formal and Informal Education in Bangkok Metropolis were rated at the high level; (2) the overall and by-aspect operations of internal quality assurance in non-formal and informal education centers under the Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education in Bangkok Metropolis were rated at the high level; and (3) the management factors correlated with the operation of quality assurance in non-formal and informal education centers under the Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education in Bangkok Metropolis at the high level (r = 0.61).
