Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ผลการดำเนินงานของสหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์ขนาดกลางในจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ (2) ผลการดำเนินงานของสหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์ขนาดใหญ่ในจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ และ (3) ผลการดำเนินงานของสหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์ขนาดใหญ่มากในจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากร คือ สหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์ในจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ที่มีงบการเงินและผ่านการตรวจสอบจากหน่วยตรวจสอบเรียบร้อยแล้ว ในปี พ.ศ. 2558-2560 จำนวน 13 สหกรณ์ เลือกตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นตามระดับขนาดของสหกรณ์ได้ตัวอย่างสหกรณ์ขนาดกลาง ขนาดใหญ่ และขนาดใหญ่มาก ขนาดละ 1 สหกรณ์ รวม 3 สหกรณ์ ได้แก่ สหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์สมานมิตร จำกัด สหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์ผลไม้กระป๋องประจวบ จำกัด และสหกรณ์ถอมทรัพย์กองบิน 5 จำกัด ตามลำดับ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลทุติยภูมิจากงบการเงินและรายงานกิจการประจำปี พ ศ. 2558-2560 ของสหกรณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลในมุมมอง 6 มิติ ตามแนวคิดการวิเคราะห์คาเมลส์โดยปรียบเทียบกับค่าเฉลี่ยของสหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์แต่ละขนาด ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ผลการดำเนินงานของสหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์ขนาดกลาง ในจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์อยู่ในระดับดีทั้งโดยรวมและรายมิติ ประกอบด้วย ความเพียงพอของเงินทุนต่อความเสี่ยง คุณภาพของสินทรัพย์ ความสามารถในการบริหาร ความสามารถในการทำกำไร สภาพคล่องทางการเงิน และผลกระทบต่อธุรกิจ (2) ผลการดำเนินงานของสหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์ขนาดใหญ่ในจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ อยู่ในระดับดีทั้งโดยรวมและรายมิติ ยกเว้นความสามารถในการบริหารและสภาพคล่องทางการเงินที่อยู่ในระดับไม่ดี (3) ผลการดำเนินงานของสหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์ ขนาดใหญ่มากในจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์อยู่ในระดับดีทั้งโดยรวมและรายมิติ ยกเว้นความสามารถในการบริหารและสภาพคล่องทางการเงินที่อยู่ในระดับไม่ดี
The objectives of this study were to study (1) the overall performance of the medium-sized Savings and Credit Cooperatives in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, (2) the overall performance of the large-sized Savings and Credit Cooperatives in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, and (3) the overall performance of very large-sized Savings and Credit Cooperatives in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. This study was a quantitative research. The population was 13 Savings and Credit Cooperatives in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, which their financial statements were audited in 2015-2017. A stratified random sampling was conducted based on the size level of the Savings and Credit Cooperatives, and the samples of the medium-sized, the large-sized, and the very large-sized Savings and Credit Cooperatives were selected for one Cooperative per size in total of three Cooperatives, consisting of Samarnmitr Savings and Credit Cooperative Limited, Prachuap Canned Food Savings and Credit Cooperative Limited, and Wing 5 Savings and Credit Cooperative Limited, respectively. The secondary data was collected from the financial statements and the business report of the Cooperative for the year 2015-2017. The data was analyzed in six-dimension viewpoint in accordance with the concept of Camels Analysis by comparing with an average of each size of the Savings and Credit Cooperative. The findings of the study indicated that: (1) the overall performace of the medium-sized Savings and Credit Cooperatives in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province was at a good level both in overall and individual dimension, including an adequacy of the capital to risk, asset quality, management ability, profitability, financial liquidity, and business impact. (2) The overall performance of the large-sized Savings and Credit Cooperatives in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province was at a good level both in overall and individual dimension, except for management ability and financial liquidity that were at a poor level. (3) the overall performance of the very large-sized Savings and Credit Cooperatives in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province was at a good level both in overall and individual dimension, except for management ability and financial liquidity that were at a poor level.
