Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างแบบจำลองศูนย์สื่อการเรียนรู้ทางการพยาบาล ในวิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี สรรพสิทธิประสงค์ จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี ดำเนินการวิจัย ดังนี้
ขั้นที่ 1 สำรวจความคิดเห็นและความต้องการศูนย์สื่อการเรียนรู้ทางการพยาบาล ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร อาจารย์ เจ้าหน้าที่ และนักศึกษาพยาบาล ที่อยู่ในวิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี สรรพสิทธิประสงค์ จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้เกี่ยวข้องโดยเลือกแบบเจาะจง และนักศึกษาพยาบาลที่กำลังศึกษาในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2554 จากการเปิดตารางเครซี่และมอร์แกน และนำมาคำนวณหาจำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่างของนักศึกษาพยาบาลในแต่ละชั้นปีจากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งโควต้า โดยวิธีการเทียบบัญญัติไตรยางศ์ รวมจำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งหมด 263 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นและความต้องการศูนย์สื่อการเรียนรู้ทางการพยาบาล จำนวน 3 ชุด สำหรับผู้บริหาร อาจารย์และเจ้าหน้าที่ และนักศึกษาพยาบาล สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละและค่าเฉลี่ย ขั้นที่ 2 นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์สร้างเป็นต้นแบบชิ้นงาน คือ แบบจำลองศูนย์สื่อการเรียนรู้ทางการพยาบาล ฯ ขั้นที่ 3 ทำการสนทนากลุ่มโดยระดมความเห็นจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านพยาบาลศาสตร์และด้านเทคโนโลยีและสื่อสารการศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบระดมความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากการสนทนากลุ่ม เรื่อง แบบจำลองศูนย์สื่อการเรียนรู้ทางการพยาบาล ฯ ซึ่งนำผลที่ได้มาทาการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ขั้นที่ 4 ปรับปรุงและพัฒนาแบบจำลองให้สมบูรณ์ ขั้นที่ 5 นำร่างแบบจำลองที่ปรับปรุงแล้ว เสนอต่อผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิเพื่อตรวจประเมินรับรองต้นแบบชิ้นงาน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบแบบประเมินรับรองแบบจำลองศูนย์สื่อการเรียนรู้ทางการพยาบาลสำหรับผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ” สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ขั้นที่ 6 นำผลที่ได้และข้อเสนอแนะจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิมาปรับปรุง พัฒนาแบบจำลองให้มีความสมบูรณ์
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า แบบจำลองศูนย์สื่อการเรียนรู้ทางการพยาบาล ในวิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี สรรพสิทธิประสงค์ จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี มีองค์ประกอบสำคัญ 5 ส่วน คือ (1) แนวคิดและเป้าหมาย (2) การบริหารจัดการโดยใช้รูปแบบ POSDCARE (3) โครงสร้างทางกายภาพพื้นฐาน (4) สื่อและทรัพยากรการเรียนรู้ และ (5) การประเมินและประกันคุณภาพ ทั้งนี้แบบจำลองศูนย์สื่อการเรียนรู้ทางการพยาบาลมีความสมบูรณ์ ผ่านการรับรองจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิอยู่ในระดับเหมาะสมมาก สามารถนำไปใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์ได้จริง
This research was a research and development study with the objective to create a model of nursing learning media center for Boromarajonani Sappasitthiprasong Nursing College in Ubon Ratchathani province. The research process comprised the following six steps: The First Step was a survey of opinions toward and needs for the nursing learning media center. The research population comprised administrators, staff members, personnel, and nursing students of Boromarajonani Sappasitthiprasong Nursing College in Ubon Ratchathani province. The research sample totaling 263 people consisted of eight purposively selected personnel concerned, and 255 nursing students studying in the first semester of the 2011 academic year, obtained by quota sampling as classified by their study year level. The sample size for nursing students was determined based on Krejcie and Morgan’s Sample Size Table. The employed research instruments were three sets of questionnaires on opinions toward and needs for the nursing learning media center for the administrators, staff members concerned personnel, and nursing students respectively. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, and mean. The Second Step was the creation of the first draft of the nursing learning media center model based on the analysis of data obtained in the First Step. The Third step was the focus group discussion by brainstorming of opinions from experts on nursing and on educational technology and communications. The employed research instrument was an opinion brainstorming form for experts in the focus group discussion on the nursing learning media center model. Data from the focus group discussion were analyzed with content analysis. The Fourth Step was the improvement of the first draft model to develop the complete learning media center model. The Fifth Step was the submission of the improved model to the experts to evaluate and certify the developed prototype model. The employed instrument was an evaluation and certifying form for the nursing learning media center model to be used by the experts. The employed statistics was the mean. The Sixth Step, which was the final step, was the final improvement of the model to achieve completion based on recommendation from the experts in the Fifth Step. Research findings indicated that the model of nursing learning media center for Boromarajonani Sappasitthiprasong Nursing College in Ubon Ratchathani province was composed of five main components: (1) concept and goals, (2) the use of POSDCARE model in administration and management, (3) basic physical structure, (4) media and learning resources, and (5) evaluation and quality assurance. The developed model of nursing learning media center was complete and passed the verification by experts as being very appropriate and feasible for actual implementation.
