Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) สร้างแบบทดสอบวินิจฉัยทักษะการสังเกตและการจำแนกประเภททางวิทยาศาสตร์ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 และ (2) ตรวจสอบคุณภาพแบบทดสอบวินิจฉัยทักษะการสังเกตและการจำแนกประเภททางวิทยาศาสตร์ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) แบบทดสอบวินิจฉัยที่สร้างขึ้นเป็นแบบเลือกตอบ จำนวน 86 ข้อ ประกอบด้วย 2 ทักษะ คือทักษะการสังเกตและการจำแนกประเภททางวิทยาศาสตร์ และ (2) แบบทดสอบวินิจฉัยทักษะการสังเกตและทักษะการจำแนกประเภททางวิทยาศาสตร์ มีดัชนีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาระหว่าง .60-1.00 ความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.85 ความยากอยู่ระหว่าง .22 -. 80 ค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง .20 -. 46 และอำนาจวินิจฉัยผ่านเกณฑ์ สรุปได้ว่าแบบทดสอบมีคุณภาพตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด
The purposes of this research were (1) to construct a diagnostic test of science observation and classification skills for 8th grade students; and (2) to assess the quality of the development of a diagnostic test of science observation and classification skills for 8th grade students. The sample consisted of 384 8th grade students in schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission, selected by the stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a diagnostic test of science observation and classification skills. Statistics for data analysis were the validity, reliability, difficulty, discrimination, and diagnostic index. Research findings revealed that (1) the diagnostic test was a 86 multiple-choice questions composed of 2 skills: science observation and classification skills; and (2) the developed diagnostic test of science observation and classification skills was found to have validity indices ranging from .60 to 1.00, the reliability was .85, the difficulty indices ranging from .22 to .80, the discrimination indices ranging from .20 to .46, and the diagnostic index meet the acceptable criteria. Thus, the quality of the tests met the pre-determined criteria
