ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบทบาทของผู้บริหารกับการส่งเสริมทักษะของครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 2

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา (2) ศึกษาการส่งเสริมทักษะของครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 และ (3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบทบาทของผู้บริหารกับการส่งเสริมทักษะครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร จำนวน 27 คน และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 270 คน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 2 ได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .89 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษาปรากฏว่า (1) บทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับดังนี้ การเป็นหุ้นส่วนและเครือข่าย การสร้างบรรยากาศและวัฒนธรรมการเรียนรู้ การส่งเสริมพัฒนาครูและบุคลากร การเป็นผู้นำทางวิชาการ และการบริหารหลักสูตรและการสอน (2) การส่งเสริมทักษะของครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 ในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับดังนี้ ชีวิตและการทำงาน สารสนเทศ สื่อ และเทคโนโลยี การเรียนรู้และนวัตกรรม และ (3) บทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการส่งเสริมทักษะของครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 2 มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01

The purposes of this study were (1) to study the roles of administrators; (2) to study the enhancement of the 21st Century skills for teachers; and (3) to study the relationship between the roles of administrators and the enhancement of the 21st Century skills for teachers in schools under Loei Primary Education Service Area Office 2. The research sample consisted of 27 administrators and 270 teachers under Loei Primary Education Service Area Office 2, obtained by stratified random sampling. The employed research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire, with reliability coefficient of 0.89. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's correlation. The findings revealed that (1) the overall and by-aspect roles administrators were rated at the high level and the specific aspects could be ranked based on their rating means as follows: the partnership and networks, creating the learning atmosphere and culture, supporting of teacher and personnel development, academic leadership, and management of curriculum and instruction; (2) the overall and by-aspect enhancement of the 21st Century skills for teachers were rated at the high level and the specific aspects could be ranked based on their rating means as follows: life and work skill, information skill, media and technology skill, and learning and innovation skill; and (3) the relationship between the roles of administrators and the enhancement of the 21st Century skills for teachers in school under Loei Primary Education Service Area Office 2 was positive and significant at the .01 level of statistical significance.
