การดำเนินงานตามแผนกลยุทธ์ของโรงเรียนเอกชนในจังหวัดพะเยา

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการดำเนินงานตามแผนกลยุทธ์ของโรงเรียนเอกชนในจังหวัดพะเยา และ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานตามแผนกลยุทธ์ของโรงเรียนเอกชนในจังหวัดพะเยา จำแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนของโรงเรียนเอกชน จำนวน 203 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่าเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินการตามแผนกลยุทธ์ของโรงเรียนเอกชน มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .94 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการวิเคราะห์รายคู่ด้วยวิธีการเซฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การดำเนินงานตามแผนกลยุทธ์ของโรงเรียนเอกชนในจังหวัดพะเยา ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน เรียงตามลำดับรายด้าน ดังนี้ การจัดทำแผนปฏิบัติการประจำปี การวิเคราะห์มาตรฐานการศึกษาของสถานศึกษา การวิเคราะห์แผนกลยุทธ์ของสถานศึกษา การกำกับ ติดตามและประเมินผลการดำเนินงาน และการดำเนินการตามแผนปฏิบัติการประจำปี และ 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานตามแผนกลยุทธ์ของโรงเรียนเอกชนในจังหวัดพะเยา จำแนกตามขนาดสถานศึกษา พบว่า ในภาพรวมสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็กมีการดำเนินงานแตกต่างจากขนาดกลาง ขนาดใหญ่ และขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็กมีการดำเนินงานน้อยกว่าขนาดกลาง ขนาดใหญ่ และขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the operation based on strategic plan of private schools in Phayao province; and 2) to compare the operation based on strategic plan of private schools in Phayao province as classified by school size. The sample consisted of 203 teachers in private schools, obtained by stratified random sampling based on school size. The research instrument was a rating questionnaire on operation based on strategic plan in private schools with reliability coefficient of .94. Statistics employed for data analysis were the mean, standard deviation, one-way analysis of variance, and Scheffe’s method of pairwise comparison. The research findings were as follows: 1) the overall and by-aspect the operation based on strategic plan in private schools of Phayao province were rated at the high level and the specific aspects could be ranked based on their rating means as follows: the preparation of the annual action plan, the analysis of educational standards of schools, the analysis of the strategic plan of schools, the monitoring and evaluating of performance, and the implementation of the annual action plan; and 2) the comparison of the operation based on strategic plan of private schools in Phayao province classified by school size were as follows: the overall, small schools operated significantly differently from medium, large, and extra-large schools at the .05 level, with small schools operating less than medium, large, and extra-large schools.
