การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาชุดการเรียนด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่าย วิชา
เครื่องวัดไฟฟ้า เรื่องเครื่องวัดไฟฟ้าพื้นฐาน สำหรับนักเรียนระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ สาขาวิชา
ไฟฟ้ากำลัง วิทยาลัยการอาชีพบ้านตาก ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด (2) ศึกษาความก้าวหน้า
ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนจากการเรียนด้วยชุดการเรียนด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่าย และ (3) ศึกษา
ความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนที่มีต่อคุณภาพของชุดการเรียน
กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ ชั้นปีที่ 1 สาขาวิชาไฟฟ้ากำลัง
จำนวน 30 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย (1) ชุดการเรียน
ด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่าย วิชาเครื่องวัดไฟฟ้า เรื่องเครื่องวัดไฟฟ้าพื้นฐาน จำนวน 3 หน่วย ได้แก่
หน่วยที่ 2 แอมมิเตอร์ หน่วยที่ 3 โวลต์มิเตอร์ หน่วยที่ 4 โอห์มมิเตอร์ (2) แบบทดสอบผลสัมฤทธิ์
ทางการเรียนเพื่อการทดสอบก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน และ (3) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของการใช้ชุด
การเรียนด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่าย ผู้วิจัยได้นำข้อมูลจากการทดลองมาวิเคราะห์ทางสถิติเพื่อหา
ประสิทธิภาพของชุดการเรียนด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่าย ด้วยค่า E,/E2 การทดสอบค่าที ค่าเฉลี่ย และ
ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ชุดการเรียนด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่ายที่สร้างและพัฒนาขึ้นทั้ง
3 หน่วย มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 ดังนี้ 81.67/80.67, 80.67/79.33 และ 81.33/82.33 ตามลำดับ
(2) ความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนของนักเรียนเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ (3)
นักเรียนมีความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อคุณภาพชุดการเรียนด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่ายในระดับเหมาะสมมาก
The purposes of this study were to (1) develop computer-based learning packages via network on the topic of Basic Electrical Instruments in the Electrical Instruments Course for Vocational Certificate students in the Electrical Power Department of Ban Tak Industrial and Community Education College to meet the determined efficiency criterion; (2) study the learning progress of students learning with the developed computer-based learning packages; and (3) study the students' opinions on the developed computer-based learning packages. The sample consisted of 30 purposively selected first year Vocational Certificate students in the Electrical Power Department of Ban Tak Industrial and Community Education College. Research instruments consisted of (1) three units of computer-based learning packages via network on Basic Electrical Instruments in the Electrical Instruments Course, namely, Unit 2: Amp meter, Unit 3: Volt meter, and Unit 4: Ohm meter; (2) two parallel forms of an achievement test for pretesting and post testing; and (3) a questionnaire to assess students' opinions on the developed computer-based learning packages. Data were analyzed to determine the efficiency of the developed computer-based learning packages with the calculation of E1/E2 efficiency index, t-test, mean, and standard deviation. Research findings revealed that (1) the three units of computer-based learning packages had efficiency indices of 81.67/80.67, 80.67/79.33 and 81.33/82.33 respectively, meeting the determined 80/80 efficiency criterion; (2) the students' learning achievement increased significantly at the .05 level; and (3) students had opinions toward the quality of learning packages at the very suitable level.
