Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของตำรวจตระเวนชายแดน กองบังคับการสนับสนุน กองบัญชาการตำรวจตระเวนชายแดน (2) ปัจจัยด้านสภาพแวดล้อมขององค์การที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของตำรวจตระเวนชายแดน กองบังคับการสนับสนุน กองบัญชาการตำรวจตระเวนชายแดน และ (3) ปัญหาและแนวทางการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของ ตำรวจตระเวนชายแดน กองบังคับการสนับสนุน กองบัญชาการตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ข้าราชการตำรวจตระเวนชายแดน กองบังคับการสนับสนุน กองบัญชาการตำรวจตระเวนชายแดน จำนวน 418 คน คำนวณขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรของ ทาโรยามาเน่ ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 204 คน ใช้วิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ค่าสหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของตำรวจตระเวนชายแดน กองบังคับการสนับสนุน กองบัญชาการตำารวจตระเวนชายแดน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (2) ปัจจัยด้าน สภาพแวดล้อมของ
The purposes of this study were to study: (1) quality of working life of police officers at General Support Division of Border Patrol Police Bureau; (2) environmental factors of the organization that are associated with quality of working life of police officers at General Support Division of Border Patrol Police Bureau; and (3) problems and quality of working life improvement approaches of police officers at General Support Division of Border Patrol Police Bureau. This study was a survey research. Population was 418 border patrol police officers working at General Support Division of Border Patrol Police Bureau. Sample size obtained 204 samples which were calculated by Taro Yamane formula with stratified random sampling method. Research tool used for data collection was a questionnaire. Statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, andPearson Product Moment Correlation analysis.
