การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยพรรณา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะของพยาบาล
จิตเวช โรงพยาบาลแห่งหนี่งในกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยใช้เทคนิคเดลฟาย กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ จิตแพทย์และผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการพยาบาลจิตเวชศาสตร์ จำนวน 17 ท่าน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามปลายเปิด และแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วน
ประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการคำนวณหาค่ามัธยฐาน ฐานนิยม และค่าพิสัย ระหว่างควอไทล์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่าสมรรถนะของพยาบาลจิตเวช โรงพยาบาลแห่งหนึ่ง ในกรุงเทพมหานครประกอบด้วยสมรรถนะหลัก 12 ด้าน ได้แก่ (1) ด้านการประเมินภาวะสุขภาพ (2) ด้านการเขียน
แผนการพยาบาล (3) ด้านการนำแผนการพยาบาลไปใช้ (4) ด้านการปฎิบัติเพื่อการบำบัดทางจิต (5) ด้านการจัดสิ่งแวดล้อมเพื่อการบำบัดทางจิต (6) ด้านการประเมินผลแผนการพยาบาล (7) ด้านการสอนทางสุขภาพ (8) ด้านการรักษาทางกาย (9) ด้านประสานงาน การทำงานร่วมกันระหว่างบุคลากรและวิชาชีพอื่นๆ (10 ) ด้านการวิจัยและวิชาการ (11) ด้านจริยธรรม จรรยาบรรณและกฎหมาย และ (12) ด้านคุณลักษณะเชิงวิชาชีพ สมรรถนะหลัก 12 ด้านประกอบด้วยสมรรถนะย่อย 89 ข้อ เป็นสมรรถนะที่มีระดับความสำคัญมากที่สุด 84 ข้อ และสมรรถนะที่มีระดับความสำคัญมาก 5 ข้อ
The purpose of this descriptive research was to study competency of psychiatric nurses at a hospital in Bangkok. Delphi technique was used in this study. The sample consisted of 17 psychiatrists and psychiatric nursing experts. The instruments were open ended questionnaire and five point-rating scale questionnaire. The data collection was carried out by using questionnaires. The data gained were statistically analyzed by means of the median, mode, and interquartile range. The results showed that the competency of psychiatric nurses at a hospital in Bangkok included 12 competencies as follows: (1) health assessment, (2) nursing care plan. (3) implementation of nursing care plan, (4) practical psychotherapy, (5) milieu therapy, (6) valuation of nursing care plan, (7) health education, (8) somatic therapy, (9) collaboration kith nursing staff and other health professionals, (10) research and academic, (11) ethics and laws, and (12) professional characteristics. In all the 12 competencies of psychiatric nurses al a hospital in Bangkok covered 89 items. Eighty four items were rated at the highest level of desirable competencies and 5 items were rated at the high level.
