Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาความรู้ด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร (2) ศึกษาทักษะการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร และ (3) ศึกษาคุณลักษณะการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของครูที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ครูที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช ปีการศึกษา 2564 จำนวน 286 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม เรื่อง การใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า การใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของครูที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า (1) ด้านความรู้ ครูที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กมีความรู้อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยมีความรู้ในด้านการใช้สมาร์ตโฟน อยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ด้านทักษะ ครูที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กมีทักษะการใช้ในระดับปานกลาง โดยมีทักษะในด้านการใช้สมาร์ตโฟน อยู่ในระดับมาก และ (3) ด้านคุณลักษณะ ครูที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กมีคุณลักษณะด้านเจตคติในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีเจตคติต่อการมีวินัยในตนเองและเคารพกฎเกณฑ์ในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์อยู่ในระดับมาก.
The objectives of this research were (1) to study the knowledge of using information and communication technology; (2) to study the skills of using information and communication technology; and (3) to study the characteristics of using information and communication technology of teachers working in child development centers under the Provincial Administrative Organization in Nakhon Si Thammarat province. The research sample consisted of 286 teachers working in child development centers under the Provincial Administrative Organization in Nakhon Si Thammarat province during the 2021 academic year, obtained by simple random sampling. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire on using information and communication technology. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Research findings showed that the overall using of information and communication technology of teachers working in child development centers was at the high level. When specific as[ects of the using were considered, it was found that (1) in the aspect of knowledge, the teachers working in child development centers had knowledge at the moderate level; while their knowledge on using smart phones was at the high level; (2) in the aspect of skills, the teachers working in child development centers had technology using skills at the moderate level; while they had the smart phone using skill at the high level; and (3) in the aspect of characteristics, the teachers working in child development centers had the characteristic of attitude toward using information and communication technology at the high level, with their attitude toward self-discipline and the respect for rules and regulations of computer usage being at the high level.
