Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาคุณลักษณะบัณฑิตตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาแห่งชาติ (TQF) ของคณะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา 2) เปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะบัณฑิตตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาแห่งชาติ (TQF) จำแนกตาม ประเภทหน่วยงาน สาขาวิชา และลักษณะงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นนายจ้าง/ผู้ประกอบการ/ผู้ใช้บัณฑิต นักศึกษาที่ออกฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ ในภาคเรียน ที่ 1/2555 โดยการเก็บข้อมูลในช่วงเดือนกันยายน 2555 จำนวน 100 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเอง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การหาร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ข้อมูลสถานภาพทั่วไปของหน่วยงาน ได้แก่ ประเภทหน่วยงาน สาขาวิชา และลักษณะงาน พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่เป็นหน่วยงานเอกชน สาขาวิชาที่นักศึกษาปฏิบัติงานในหน่วยงานมากที่สุด คือ สาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีความปลอดภัยและอาชีวอนามัย และลักษณะงานที่นักศึกษาปฏิบัติงานในหน่วยงานมากที่สุด คือ งานเกี่ยวข้องกับเอกสาร โดยนายจ้าง/ผู้ประกอบการ/ผู้ใช้บัณฑิต มีความคิดเห็นต่อคุณลักษณะบัณฑิตตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาแห่งชาติ (TQF) อยู่ในระดับมาก คือ ด้านทักษะทางปัญญา รองลงมา คือ ด้านทักษะความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลและความรับผิดชอบ ด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ด้านทักษะการวิเคราะห์เชิงตัวเลข การสื่อสาร และการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และด้านความรู้ ตามลาดับ 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะบัณฑิตตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาแห่งชาติ (TQF) ทั้ง 5 ด้าน จำแนกตามลักษณะงาน ในภาพรวม พบว่าไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่าด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ด้านความรู้ ด้านทักษะความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลและความรับผิดชอบ และ ด้านทักษะการวิเคราะห์เชิงตัวเลข การสื่อสาร และการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศไม่แตกต่างกันยกเว้น ด้านทักษะทางปัญญา มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสาคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
The purposes of this research 1) Inspect graduate qualifications regarding Thai Qualification Framework (TQF) for higher education. 2) Compare graduate qualifications regarding Thai Qualification Framework (TQF) for higher education, divided by type of departments, majors and job description. The samples of this study included employers/entrepreneurs/graduate users of the students who participated into professional training in the semester 1/2012. The data was gathered in September 2012 from 100 respondents by using questionnaires created by the author. After that, the data was analyzed by using several statistics such as percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one way analysis, content analysis and package program. The result found that 1) To general conditions of departments consisting of type of departments, majors and job description, it found that most of them were private agencies while most students worked for the Department of Safety Technology and Occupational Health. To the job description of these students, furthermore, it was mostly related to documents. The opinions of employers/ entrepreneurs/graduate users towards the graduate qualifications regarding Thai Qualification Framework (TQF) for higher education were at high level including some aspects; intellectual skill, interpersonal skill and responsibility, virtue, ethics, numerical analysis, communication, information technology usage and knowledge, severally. 2)To the comparison of the graduate qualifications regarding Thai Qualification Framework (TQF) for higher education in 5 aspects, divided by the job description, it demonstrated that the overall results were not different. When considering each aspect, additionally, it indicated that the virtue, ethics, knowledge interpersonal skill, responsibility, numerical analysis, communication and information technology usage were not different, except the intellectual skill with a .05 level of statistical significance.
