Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาบทบาทผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี อำนาจเจริญ และ (2) เปรียบเทียบบทบาทผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี อำนาจเจริญ จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการบริหารสถานศึกษา และขนาดของสถานศึกษากลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี อำนาจเจริญ ปีการศึกษา 2567 จำนวน 123 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน และดำเนินการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่ามีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวผลการศึกษา พบว่า (1) บทบาทผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก ในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี อำนาจเจริญ โดยภาพรวมและ รายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เรียงลำดับตามค่าเฉลี่ยจากน้อยไปมาก ดังนี้ ด้านการนิเทศการสอน ด้านการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกของครู ด้านการกำหนดนโยบายและวางแผนในการจัดการเรียนรู้ เชิงรุก และด้านการสนับสนุนสื่อ วัสดุอุปกรณ์ และแหล่งเรียนรู้ และ (2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบบทบาทผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี อำนาจเจริญ จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และขนาดของสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมพบว่า แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
The objectives of this research were (1) to study the roles of school administrators in promoting active learning management in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Ubon Ratchathani Amnat Charoen; and (2) to compare the roles of school administrators in promoting active learning management in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Ubon Ratchathani Amnat Charoen as classified by school administration experience and school size.The research sample consisted of 123 school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Ubon Ratchathani Amnat Charoen during the 2024 academic year, obtained by stratified random sampling based on school size. The sample size was determined with the use of Krejcie and Morgan’s Sample Size Table. The employed research tool was a rating scale questionnaire, with reliability coefficient of .96. Statistics employed for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and one-way ANOVA.The research findings revealed that (1) both the overall and specific aspects of the roles of school administrators in promoting active learning management in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Ubon Ratchathani Amnat Charoen were rated at the highest level; the specific aspects of the roles could be ranked from top to bottom based on their rating means as follows: that of the teaching supervision; that of the promotion and development of active learning management of the teachers; that of the determination of policies and planning of active learning management; and that of the supports for media, materials, equipment, and learning sources; and (2) regarding the comparison results of school administrators’ roles in promoting active learning management in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Ubon Ratchathani Amnat Charoen as classified by school administration experience and school size, it was found that their overall roles were significantly different at the .05 level.
