ช่วงชั้นที่ 2 ในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 2 ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้
80/80 (2) ศึกษาความก้าวหน้าในการเรียนของนักเรียนประถมศึกษา ช่วงชั้นที่ 2 ที่เรียนจากชุด
การเรียนด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่าย กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สุขศึกษาและพลศึกษา เรื่อง
ทันตสุขภาพ และ (3) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้เรียนที่มีต่อชุดการเรียนด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่าน

กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักเรียนช่วงชั้นที่ 2 โรงเรียนยุวทูตศึกษา จำนวน 30 คน โดยการเลือก
ตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจงจากนักเรียนที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2551 เครื่องมือที่ใช้
ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย ต้นแบบชิ้นงาน คือชุดการเรียนด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่าย กลุ่มสาระ
การเรียนรู้สุขศึกษาและพลศึกษา เรื่องทันตสุขภาพ สำหรับนักเรียนช่วงชั้นที่ 2 แบบทดสอบก่อน
เรียน แบบทดสอบระหว่างเรียน แบบทดสอบหลังเรียน และแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของผู้เรียนที่
มีต่อชุดการเรียนด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่าย สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การหา

สุขศึกษาและพลศึกษา เรื่องทันตสุขภาพ มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 (2) นักเรียนมี
ความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติระดับ .05 และ (3) นักเรียนมีความคิดเห็นต่อ
ชุดการเรียนในระดับเหมาะสมมากที่สุด
The purposes of this research were (1) to develop a computer - based learning package via network in the Health and Physical Education Learning Area on the topic of Dental Health for Second Level students in Bangkok Educational Service Area 2 to meet the predetermined 80/80 efficiency criterion; (2) Metropolis to study the learning progress of Second Level students who had learned from this computer-based learning package via network; and (3) to study the students' opinions toward this computer - based learning package via network in the Health and Physical Education Learning Area on the topic of Dental Health. The research sample consisted of 36 Second Level students purposively selected from those who registered in the first semester of the 2008 academic year at Yuwathut Suksa School. The employed research instruments comprised a prototype computer-base learning package via network in the Health and Physical Education Learning Area on the topic of Dental Health for Second Level students; three forms of an achievement test for pre-learning, formative, and summative assessments; and a questionnaire to assess the students' opinions toward the computer-based learning package via network. Data were statistically analyzed the determine the efficiency of the computer-based learning package via network by means of the E1/E2 efficiency index, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The results of the study indicated that (1) the efficiency of the computer- based learning package via network in the Health and Physical Education Learning Area on the topic of Dental Health met the 80/80 efficiency criterion; (2) the students achieved significant learning progress at the .05 level; and (3) the students rated the computer-based learning package via network at the highly appropriate level.
