ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพบริการของพยาบาลแผนกศัลยกรรม โรงพยาบาลอุดรธานี

Abstract

การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) คุณลักษณะประชากรของผู้มารับบริการและคุณภาพการให้บริการของพยาบาลและ 2) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อคุณภาพบริการของพยาบาลแผนกศัลยกรรมโรงพยาบาลอุดรธานี การศึกษาเชิงพรรณนานี้ มีประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ ผู้รับบริการที่มารับบริการแผนกศัลยกรรมโรงพยาบาลอุดรธานี ศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 228 คน ซึ่งได้จากการคำนวณตัวอย่างจากสูตรประมาณค่าสัดส่วนด้วยการสุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยเลือกเก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องเท่ากับ 0.97 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.98 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยเชิงเส้นพหุคูณ กำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญที่ 0.05 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างร้อยละ 56.6 เป็นเพศหญิง อายุเฉลี่ย 47.2 ปี (S.D.=14.9) ใช้สิทธิการรักษาบัตรประกันสุขภาพถ้วนหน้าร้อยละ 71.9 และมีความเห็นเกี่ยวกับคุณภาพบริการของพยาบาลในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านความเชื่อถือไว้วางใจมีคะแนนมากที่สุด และ 2) ปัจจัยคุณลักษณะประชากรของผู้มารับบริการ ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ อาชีพ รายได้ ระดับการศึกษาและสิทธิรักษาพยาบาลไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพบริการของพยาบาลแผนกศัลยกรรมโรงพยาบาลอุดรธานี จังหวัดอุดรธานี

This independent study aimed to investigate 1) the characteristics of service recipients and the quality of nurses' services and 2) factors influencing nursing service quality in the surgical department of Udon Thani Hospital.This descriptive study investigated service recipients at the surgical department of Udon Thani Hospital, with a sample of 228 participants calculated using proportion estimation formula and selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire that underwent content validity verification, with a content validity index of 0.97 and reliability of 0.98. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis, with statistical significance set at 0.05.The findings revealed that: 1) 56.6% of participants were female, with a mean age of 47.2 years (SD=14.9), 71.9% used universal health insurance, and reported a high overall perception of nurses' service quality. The trust dimension received the highest rating. 2) Demographic characteristics of service recipients, including gender, age, occupation, income, education level, and medical treatment rights, were not significantly associated with nursing service quality in the surgical department of Udon Thani Hospital.
