บทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนรู้ในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสาคร

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนรู้ในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสาคร และ (2) เปรียบเทียบบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนรู้ในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสาคร จำแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษากลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 18 คน และครูผู้สอน 302 คน รวม320 คน จากสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสาคร เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบมาตรประมาณค่ามีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .94 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการทดสอบรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยปรากฎว่า (1) ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีบทบาทในการส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนรู้ในสถานศึกษา ในภาพรวมและรายด้านอย่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับ ดังนี้ การส่งเสริมและพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครู การส่งเสริมและพัฒนากิจกรรมการเรียนรู้สำหรับผู้เรียน การส่งเสริมการสร้างบรรยากาศที่เอึ้อต่อการเรียนรู้ และการส่งเสริมพัฒนาสื่อและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในการเรียนรู้ และ (2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนรู้ในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสาครในภาพรวมพบว่าสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็กแตกต่างกับสถานศึกษาขนาดกลางและสถานศึกษาขนาดใหญ่และสถานศึกษาขนาดกลางแตกต่างกับสถานศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05

The objectives of this research were (1) to study the roles of school administrators in promoting learning management in schools under Samut Sakhon Primary Education Service Area Office; and (2) to compare the roles of school administrators in promoting learning management in schools under Samut Sakhon Primary Education Service Area Office as classified by school size. The research sample totaling 320 school personnel consisted of 18 school administrators and 302 teachers from schools under Samut Sakhon Primary School Education Service Area Office. The employed data collecting instrument was a rating scale questionnaire with reliability coefficient of .94. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA and Scheffe pairwise multiple comparison method. Research findings showed that (1) both the overall and by-aspect roles of the school administrators in promoting learning management in school were rated at the high level; the aspects of learning management promotion could be ranked based on their rating means as follows: the promotion and development of the teachers’ learning management, the promotion and development of learning activities for the learners, the promotion of creating atmosphere conducive to learning, and the promotion for development of learning media and learning facilities; and (2) results of comparing the overall roles of school administrators in promoting learning management in schools under Samut Sakhon Primary Education Service Area Office as classified by school size showed that the roles of small school administrators significantly differed from the roles of medium size and large school administrators at the .05 level; and the roles of medium size school administrators significantly differed from the roles of large school administrators at the .05 level.
