Abstract
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเกี่ยวกับการเสียภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดาของ ผู้มีเงินได้ในจังหวัดอ่างทอง ดังนี้ 1) ศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลในการเสียภาษีและความเต็มใจ ในการเสียภาษี 2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลกับความเต็มใจในการเสียภาษี และ 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยในการเสียภาษีกับความเต็มใจในการเสียภาษี การศึกษานี้ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 400 ราย โดยสอบถามจากผู้เสียภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดาในจังหวัดอ่างทอง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบความสัมพันธ์โดยใช้สถิติไคสแควร์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) กลุ่มผู้เสียภาษีส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุระหว่าง 41-50 ปี มีการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มีอาชีพเจ้าของกิจการ มีรายได้ส่วนบุคคลต่อเดือนอยู่ในช่วงมากกว่า 30,000 บาท และมีสถานภาพสมรส กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความพึงพอใจต่อการให้บริการโดยรวมใน ระดับมากที่สุด และมีความเต็มใจในการเสียภาษีในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.25 และ 3.75 ตามลำดับ 2) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านอายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้ส่วนบุคคลต่อเดือน มีความสัมพันธ์กับความเต็มใจในการเสียภาษี และ 3) ปัจจัยในการเสียภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดาทุก ปัจจัยมีความสัมพันธ์กับความเต็มใจในการเสียภาษีอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
The purposes of this study were to study the personal income tax payment in Ang Thong Province as follows: 1) to study the individual factors and the willingness of taxpayers to pay tax 2) to study the relationship between individual factors and the willingness to pay tax and 3) to study the relationship between factors influencing the personal income tax payment and the willingness to pay tax. The close-ended questionnaires were used to collect data from a sample group of 400 taxpayers in Ang Thong Province. The obtained data were analyzed by calculating percentage, average, and standard deviation as well as determining the relationship by using Chi-Square test. The results found that 1) the majority of taxpayers were female, with the age range from 41-50 years and bachelor’s degree background, most of them were business owners, personal income over 30,000 baht per month, and marriage status. Satisfaction rating towards overall services was very good with the average score of 4 .2 5 and the willingness to pay tax was rated good with the average score of 3.75 respectively. 2) Individual factors such as age, education level, occupation, and personal income were significantly related to the willingness to pay tax, and 3) all factors influencing the personal income tax payment were significantly related to the willingness to pay tax at the significance level of 0.05.
