Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนใน การพัฒนาด้านการเกษตรของสำนักงานเกษตรอำเภอหนองกุงศรี จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ (2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบ การมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการพัฒนาการเกษตรของสำนักงานเกษตรอำเภอ หนองกุงศรี จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ประชากรที่ศึกษาคือ เกษตรกรที่ขึ้นทะเบียนในอำเภอหนองกุงศรี จำนวน 400 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรยามาเน่ ที่นำมาศึกษาครั้งนี้ จำนวน 400 คน วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที ค่าความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และค่าทดสอบเชฟเฟ่ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า (1) การมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการพัฒนาการเกษตรของ สำนักงานเกษตรอำเภอหนองกุงศรี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ประชากรที่มีเพศ อายุ ระดับ การศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อประสิทธิภาพการจัดเก็บรายได้ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
The purposes of this study were to: (1) study the people participation level in agricultural development Of Nong Kung Si Argricultural Office in Kalasin Province (2) compare people participation in agricultural development Of Nong Kung Si Argricultural Office in Kalasin Province which classified by the personal factors. The population in this study was 400 agriculturists who registered in Nong Kung Si District. There were 400 samples that calculated by Taro Yamane. Accidental random sampling was applied. Instrument used was questionnaire. Statistical tools employed were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Scheffe. The results from the study found that: (1) the people participation level in agricultural development Of Nong Kung Si Argricultural Office in Kalasin Province was at high level (2) the population with different sex, age, education level, occupation and difference income had an opinions on the efficiency of revenue with the significant at the 0.05
