Abstract
การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับคุณภาพบริการ ตามการรับรู้
ของผู้รับบริการ แผนกผู้ป่วยนอก กองเวชศาสตร์ฟื้นฟู โรงพยาบาลภูมิพลอดุลยเดช (2) เปรียบเทียบคุณภาพบริการ ตามการรับรู้ของผู้รับบริการ แผนกผู้ป่วยนอก กองเวชศาสตร์ฟื้นฟู โรงพยาบาลภูมิพลอดุลยเดช จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และปัจจัยด้านการมารับบริการ และหาข้อเสนอแนะ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้รับบริการ แผนกผู้ป่วยนอก กองเวชศาสตร์ฟื้นฟู โรงพยาบาลภูมิพลอดุลยเดช จำนวน 217 คน โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่าง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามเท่ากับ 0.98 สถิติที่ใช้ คือ แจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) การรับรู้คุณภาพบริการของผู้รับบริการ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูงมาก 2) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของผู้รับบริการโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง ผู้รับบริการที่มีสถานภาพสมรสคู่ มีการรับรู้คุณภาพบริการตํ่ากว่าสถานภาพโสด หม้าย หย่า แยก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
ส่วนปัจจัยด้านการมารับบริการ ผู้รับบริการที่มารับบริการ จำนวนครั้งมากขึ้น มีการรับรู้คุณภาพบริการตํ่ากว่า ผู้ที่มารับบริการจำนวนที่น้อยครั้ง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ข้อเสนอแนะ จากการศึกษาวิจัยนี้ผู้ให้บริการควรให้ความสำคัญแก่ผู้รับบริการมีสถานภาพสมรสคู่มีสถานภาพสมรสคู่ และผู้มารับบริการในระดับสูง จำนวนครั้งมากเพื่อการรับรู้คุณภาพบริการอยู่ในระดับสูงขึ้น
The purpose of this descriptive research were: (1) to study the levels of service quality, according to clients’ perception; and (2) to compare the service quality according to clients’ perception by their personal factor and by the number of service visits, all at the Outpatient Section of the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Division, Bhumibol Adulyadej Hospital; and then make recommendations for service improvement. The study was conducted among 217 randomly selected outpatients at the Outpatient Section of the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Division? Bhumibol Adulyadej Hospital. The questionnaire used in this study had a reliability value of 0.98. The statistics used for data analysis included frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and one-way ANOVA. It was found that: (1) the clients’ overall perception of service quality was at the very high level and (2) all personal factors of the clients were at the high level; whereas die perception level of married clients was significantly lower than that of single, divorced, widowed, and separate clients at p = 0.05; regarding service visits, the clients with a large number of visits had a significantly lower level of perception of service quality than those with a small number of visits at p = 0.05 . This study suggests that the service providers should pay attention to the clients who we married and those with a large number of service visits in order to raise the level of clients’ service quality perception
