ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกในการดำเนินธุรกิจ ของสหกรณ์การเกษตรอุทัย จำกัด

Abstract

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับปัจจัยด้านแรงดึงดูดใจและปัจจัยด้านความรู้เกี่ยวกับสหกรณ์ของสมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตรอุทัย จำกัด (2) ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกในการดำเนินธุรกิจของสหกรณ์การเกษตรอุทัย จำกัด และ (3) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกในการดำเนินธุรกิจของสหกรณ์การเกษตรอุทัย จำกัดการศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือสมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตรอุทัย จำกัด จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา ที่มีพื้นที่อยู่ในอำเภออุทัย จำนวน 758 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามวิธีของ ทาโร่ ยามาเน่ ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 262 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบตามสะดวก เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ระดับปัจจัยด้านแรงดึงดูดใจของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ อยู่ในระดับปานกลางและระดับความรู้เกี่ยวกับสหกรณ์ของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ อยู่ในระดับน้อย (2) ระดับปัจจัยการมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และ (3) ปัจจัยด้านแรงดึงดูดใจ คือ เป็นแหล่งเงินทุน (กู้ยืม) มีผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ ร้อยละ 3.9 ในการดำเนินธุรกิจของสหกรณ์การเกษตรอุทัย จำกัด อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

This study aims to study (1) the level of motivation factors and knowledge factors about cooperatives of members of Uthai Agricultural Cooperative Limited, (2) the level of participation of members in business operations of Uthai Agricultural Cooperative Limited, and (3) factors affecting member participation in business operations of Uthai Agricultural Cooperative Limited.This study is a quantitative research. The population used in this study was 758 members of Uthai Agricultural Cooperative Limited, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. The sample size was determined by Taro Yamane's method, resulting in a sample size of 262 people; using convenience sampling. An instrument used in the study was a questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis include frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. and multiple regression analysis.The results of the study found that (1) the level of motivational factors of cooperative members was at a moderate level. The level of knowledge about cooperatives among cooperative members was at a low level. (2) Level of participation factors in business operations of cooperative members was at a moderate level. (3) The motivation factor in terms of source of funds (loans) affecting participation of cooperative members in the business operations of Uthai Agricultural Cooperative Limited was at 3.9 percent, with statistical significance at the 0.05 level.
