Abstract
การศึกษามีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพทั่วไปของสมาชิกของสหกรณ์ การเกษตรจะนะ จำกัด 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความเชื่อมันของสมาชิกของสหกรณ์การเกษตร -จะนะ จำกัด และ 3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่มีต่อความเชื่อมั่นของสมาชิกของสหกรณ์การเกษตร จะนะ จำกัด วิธีการศึกษาโดยศึกษาจากตัวอย่าง สมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตรจะนะ จำกัด จังหวัดสงขลา จำนวน 358 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วน เบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานสถิติที (t-test) LSD และ One-Way ANOVA ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) ปัจจัยด้านสถานประกอบการ มีระดับความเห็นเกี่ยวกับความเชื่อมั่นปัจจัยด้านสถาน ประกอบการของสหกรณ์ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับเชื่อมั่นมากที่สุด ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.50 โดยมีความเชื่อมั่นด้านเป็นสหกรณ์ขนาดใหญ่ มั่นคงยั่งยืนมากที่สุด ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.61 และมีความเชื่อมั่นด้านสหกรณ์จัดให้มีที่พักรอบริการของสมาชิกอย ่ างเพียงพอต่ำที่สุด ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.392) ปัจจัยด้านการบริการมีระดับความเห็นเกี่ยวกับความเชื่อมั่นปัจจัยด้านการบริการของสหกรณ์ ในภาพรวมอยู่ ในระดับเชื่อมั่นมากที่สุด ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.36 โดยมีความเชื่อมั่นด้านเจ้าหน้าที่มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในระบบงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเป็นอย่างดีและการให้บริการรวดเร็ว ฉับไว เต็มใจให้บริการ ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.46 และมีความเชื่อมันด้านมีข้อมูลหรือแบบฟอร์มสะดวกและ ง่ายต่อการกรอกข้อความต่ำที่สุด ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.23 3) ปัจจัยด้านคณะกรรมการ มีระดับความเห็นเกี่ยวกับความเชื่อมั่นปัจจัยด้านคณะกรรมการของสหกรณ์ ในภาพรวมอยู่ ในระดับเชื่อมั่นมากที่สุด ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.34 โดยมีความเชื่อมั่นด้านบริหารงานสหกรณ์ด้วยความซื่อสัตย์โปร่งใสมากที่สุด ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.55 และมีความเชื่อมั่นด้านมีการคิดค้น พัฒนาให้เกิดนวัตกรรมใหม่ ๆ มีบริการใหม่ ๆ ให้สมาชิกได้เลือกใช้เสมอต่ำที่สุด ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.24 4) ปัจจัยด้าน เจ้าหน้าที่ พบว่ามีระดับความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความเชื่อมั่นปัจจัยด้านเจ้าหน้าที่ ในภาพรวมอยู่ ในระดับเชื่อมั่นมากที่สุด ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.47 โดยมีความเชื่อมั่นด้าน มีเจ้าหน้าที่ ที่มีความรู้ความสามารถ ซื่อสัตย์สุจริต ปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างมี ประสิทธิภาพมากที่สุด ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.59 และมีความเชื่อมั่นด้าน เจ้าหน้าที่ได้รักษาข้อมูลของสมาชิกได้เป็นความลับและ ไม่นำไปแสวงหาประโยชน์ ต่ำสุด ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.36
The study objectives was 1) to study the general situation of members of Ja Na Agricultural Cooperatives Ltd (JAC), Songkha Province, 2) to study factors that affected on members’ confidence on JAC, 3) to study the comparison between individual factors and members’ confidence of JAC, Songkha Province. The study methodology was questionnaire of JAC. The sample size was 358 persons. The statistics applied was frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, T-test and Once Way Analysis of Variance. The study showed that 1) business location factor had influence on the members’ confidence at the high level, at the mean 4.50. Cooperatives members had the confidence of large scale of Cooperatives, at the mean of 4.61 while the least factors of members’ confidence were the place for members who were waiting for at the mean of 4.39. 2) the service factors, members had the high confidence of cooperatives at the mean of 4.36. members got the high confidence of cooperatives service at the high level of the mean 4.46, they also had the confidence on the form and information thoughtfully, to ease to fill the application form up, at the mea of 4.23, 3) for the cooperatives committee aspect, members had the high confidence of committee of the mean 4.34, they had the confidence on the sincerity and honesty of committee’s operation, with the mean f 4.55. Furthermore, they had the confidence that cooperative committee had ability of innovation creation in order to improve the quality of cooperatives service, 4) for the cooperatives officers’ aspect, there was high confidence of officers’ knowledge, ability, honesty, led to the efficiency of officers’ operation, with the mean 4.59.In addition, members’ confidence of officers’ honesty to keep the secret of members’ information at the lowest level of the mean 4.36.
