ผลการจัดกิจกรรมการประกอบอาหารโดยใช้วรรณกรรมเป็นฐานที่มีต่อความสามารถทางการสังเกตูของเด็กปฐมวัย โรงเรียนราษฏร์พัฒนา จังหวัดสุรินทร์

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความสามารถด้านการสังเกตของเด็กปฐมวัยโรงเรียนราษฎร์พัฒนา จังหวัดสุรินทร์ ก่อนและหลังการจัดกิจกรรมการประกอบอาหารโดยใช้วรรณกรรมเป็นฐาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักเรียนที่กาลังศึกษาอยู่ชั้นอนุบาลปีที่ 2 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2556 โรงเรียนราษฎร์พัฒนา จังหวัดสุรินทร์ จานวน 22 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ 1) คู่มือการจัดกิจกรรมการประกอบอาหารโดยใช้วรรณกรรมเป็นฐานเพื่อส่งเสริม ความสามารถด้านการสังเกต และ 2) แบบวัดความสามารถด้านการสังเกต สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความสามารถด้านการสังเกตของเด็กปฐมวัยโรงเรียนราษฎร์พัฒนา หลังการจัดกิจกรรมการ ประกอบอาหารโดยใช้วรรณกรรมเป็นฐาน สูงกว่าความสามารถดังกล่าวก่อนการจัดกิจกรรมอย่างมีนัยสาคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .01

The purpose of this study was to compare observation abilities of preschool children at Ratpattana School in Surin province before and after undertaking literature-based cooking activities. The sample for this study consisted of 22 preschool children studying in the second year kindergarten level during the second semester of the 2013 academic year at Ratpattana School in Surin Province, obtained by cluster sampling. The instruments for this study were (1) a handbook for organizing the literature-based cooking activities, and (2) a scale to assess observation ability. Statistics employed for data analysis were the mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The research findings showed that the post-experience observation ability of preschool children at Ratpattana School, who undertook literature-based cooking activities, was higher than their pre-experience counterpart ability at the .01 level of statistical significance.
