Abstract
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพพื้นฐานทางสังคมและเศรษฐกิจของกรรมการวิสาหกิจชุมชนแปรรูปและผลิตภัณฑ์อาหาร 2) ข้อมูลพื้นฐานวิสาหกิจชุมชนการแปรรูปและผลิตภัณฑ์อาหาร 3) ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานวิสาหกิจชุมชนการแปรรูปและผลิตภัณฑ์อาหาร 4) ปัญหาข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานวิสาหกิจชุมชนการแปรรูปและผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ วิสาหกิจชุมชนการแปรรูปและผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารในจังหวัดยโสธร ที่ผ่านการประเมินศักยภาพระดับปานกลางในพื้นที่ 9 อำเภอ ของจังหวัดยโสธร มีจำนวน 77 แห่งกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรของ ทาโร ยามาเน ที่ระดับ 0.08 ได้ตัวอย่างจำนวน 111 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่ายตามสัดส่วนแต่ละอำเภอ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล จากกรรมการกลุ่ม จำนวน 111 คน โดยการสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าต่ำสุด ค่าสูงสุด ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการจัดอันดับ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) กรรมการกลุ่มฯ ร้อยละ 83.8 เป็นเพศหญิง อายุเฉลี่ย 53.90 ปีสถานภาพสมรส ร้อยละ 93.7 จบการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา ร้อยละ 44.1 มีตำแหน่งด้านสาธารณสุขร้อยละ 24.3 เป็นสมาชิกกลุ่มลูกค้า ธ.ก.ส. ร้อยละ 82 โดยประกอบอาชีพทำนา มีจำนวนสมาชิกในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 3.98 คน แรงงานในครัวเรือน เฉลี่ย 2.27 คน ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเจ้าของกรรมสิทธิ์ที่ดิน มีรายได้ต่อปีของครัวเรือนจากภาคการเกษตรเฉลี่ย 56,783.78 บาท มีรายได้ต่อปีของครัวเรือนจากนอกภาคการเกษตรเฉลี่ย 46,596.40 บาท มีหนี้สินเฉลี่ย 85.6 ส่วนใหญ่มีหนี้สินจากธนาคารเพื่อการเกษตรและสหกรณ์การเกษตร 2) ส่วนใหญ่กลุ่มเกิดจากการชักชวนของผู้นำและส่งเสริมของหน่วยงาน ดำเนินกิจกรรมแปรรูปจากผลิตภัณฑ์พืช การดำเนินกิจกรรมอย่างต่อเนื่อง มีสถานที่ดำเนินกิจกรรมแปรรูป ส่วนใหญ่มีผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ดำเนินการ 2 ผลิตภัณฑ์ มีปัจจัยการผลิตในชุมชน 3) กรรมการวิสาหกิจชุมชนมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานวิสาหกิจชุมชนในภาพรวมระดับปานกลางทั้ง 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการผลิต ด้านการเงินด้านการตลาดและด้านการบริหารองค์กร 4) มีปัญหาการดำเนินงานในภาพรวมระดับปานกลางทั้ง 4 ด้านได้แก่ ด้านตลาด ด้านการเงิน ด้านการบริหารองค์กร และด้านการผลิต
The objectives of this research were to study 1) to study the social and economic fundamentals of the committee members of food processing and product community enterprises, 2) to study the basic information of processing and food products community enterprise groups, 3) to study opinions. about community enterprise operations, processing and food products; 4) to study problems, suggestions, guidelines for developing community enterprise operations, processing and food products.The population used in this research was There are 77 food processing and food product community enterprises in Yasothon Province that have passed a moderate potential assessment in 9 districts of Yasothon Province, with a committee of 5 people per group, a total of 385 people. The sample size was determined by Taro Yamane's formula at 0.07 level. The samples were 111 people. Simple random sampling was proportional to each district. collect information from 111 group committee members by interviewing Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, minimum, maximum, mean, standard deviation. and ranking The results showed that 1) 83.8% of members of the group were female, average age 53.90 years, marital status 93.7% completed elementary school education, 44.1% held positions in public health, 24.3% were members of BAAC customers group82 % by working in farming The average number of household members was 3.98 people. The average household labor was 2.27 people. Most of them were proprietors. The average annual household income from the agricultural sector was 56,783.78 baht, the average annual household income from the non-farm sector was 46,596.40 baht, and the average debt was 85.6, most borrowing from banks for agriculture and agricultural cooperatives. 2) Most of the groups are formed by the persuasion of the leaders and promotion of the agencies.
