Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับปัจจัยการทำงานของนักจัดการงานทั่วไปในโรงพยาบาลชุมชนเขตสุขภาพที่ 1-3 2) ศึกษาระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของนักจัดการงานทั่วไปในโรงพยาบาลชุมชนเขตสุขภาพที่ 1-3 3) เปรียบเทียบระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของนักจัดการงานทั่วไปในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน เขตสุขภาพที่ 1 – 3 จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล 4) ศึกษาปัจจัยการทำงานที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของนักจัดการงานทั่วไปในโรงพยาบาลชุมชนเขตสุขภาพที่ 1-3 การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ นักจัดการงานทั่วไปที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน เขตสุขภาพที่ 1-3 198 คน คำนวณกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรคำนวณของทาโร่ ยามาเน่ ได้จำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 132 ตัวอย่าง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ แบบสอบถามสถิติ ที่ใช้ได้แก่ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอนุมานที่ใช้ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงพหุคุณ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ระดับความคิดเห็นต่อปัจจัยการทำงานของนักจัดการงานทั่วไปในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน เขตสุขภาพที่ 1-3 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของนักจัดการงานทั่วไปในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน เขตสุขภาพที่ 1-3 ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3) การเปรียบเทียบระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงาน จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา สถานภาพการสมรส และระยะเวลาการทำงานที่แตกต่างกัน มีระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานไม่แตกต่างกัน รายได้ต่อเดือนแตกต่างกัน มีระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 4) ปัจจัยการทำงานที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของนักจัดการงานทั่วไปในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน เขตสุขภาพที่ 1-3 พบว่า การได้รับการยอมรับนับถือ สัมพันธภาพกับบุคคลอื่นในที่ทำงาน และสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน ส่งผลทางบวกต่อคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของนักจัดการงานทั่วไปในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน เขตสุขภาพที่ 1-3 ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 โดยมีสัมประสิทธิ์การพยากรณ์เท่ากับ 0.515, 0.579 และ 0.607 ตามลำดับ
The objectives of this study were: (1) to study the level of working factors of general managers in Community Hospitals in Regional Health 1-3; (2) to study the level of quality of work life of general managers in Community Hospitals in Regional Health 1-3; (3) to compare the levels of quality of work life of general managers in Community Hospitals in Regional Health 1-3 classified by personal factors; and (4) to study factors affecting the quality of work life of general managers in Community Hospitals in Regional Health 1-3. This study was a quantitative research. The population was 198 general managers in Community Hospitals in Regional Health 1-3. The samples size was calculated by Taro Yamane Formula for 132 samples. A questionnaire was used as an instrument for data collection. The statistics used to analyze data were descriptive statistics including frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test. Inferential statistics employed was multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) the respondents had the overall opinion level of working factors of general managers in Community Hospitals in Health areas 1-3 at a high level. (2) The overall opinion level of quality of work life of respondents was at a high level. (3) The result of comparison between general managers ’ personal factors and their quality of work life showed that there was no difference in the quality of work life base on personal factors, except that the differences in monthly income had the statistically significant difference on their quality of work life at the 0.05 statistically significant level. (4) Recognition, relationships with others and working environment could predict the quality of work life of general managers in Community Hospitals in Regional Health 1-3 at statistically significant level of 0.05 with the predictive coefficients of 0.515, 0.579 and 0.607, respectively.
