ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อการก่อหนี้ของครูเทศบาล สังกัดเทศบาลนครตรัง

Abstract

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อแนวโน้มการก่อหนี้ของครูเทศบาล สังกัดเทศบาลนครตรัง การศึกษาในครั้งนี้ใช้ข้อมูลปฐมภูมิและทุติยภูมิ โดยรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างครูเทศบาล สังกัดเทศบาลนครตรัง จำนวน 155 คน ซึ่งคัดเลือกจากประชากรทั้งหมด 251 คนโดยใช้สูตรของทาโร ยามาเน่ ในการกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง และใช้การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา เช่นค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์สมการถดถอยแบบพหุคูณผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง ร้อยละ 69.7 มีอายุระหว่าง 25-35 ปีสถานภาพโสด และมีระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี รายได้เฉลี่ย 34,537.16 บาทต่อเดือน สมาชิกครอบครัวเฉลี่ย 4 คน และมีหนี้สินเฉลี่ย 910,128.34 บาท โดยส่วนใหญ่กู้ยืมจากสหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์ครูตรังเพื่อการบริโภค ความคิดเห็นของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามระบุว่าปัจจัยภายในมีผลต่อ การก่อหนี้ในระดับมาก ขณะที่ปัจจัยภายนอกส่งผลในระดับปานกลาง ทั้งนี้ แนวโน้มการก่อหนี้ของครูเทศบาลสังกัดเทศบาลนครตรัง โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อแนวโน้มการก่อหนี้ของครูเทศบาล สังกัดเทศบาลนครตรัง ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านความรู้และทักษะในการประกอบอาชีพ ปัจจัยด้านเศรษฐกิจ ปัจจัยด้านสังคมและวัฒนธรรม ซึ่งมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 นอกจากนี้จำนวนสมาชิกในครอบครัว และปัจจัยด้านความสามารถในการปรับตัว มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05ในขณะที่ปัจจัยด้านนโยบายภาครัฐ มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.1

This research aimed to study the factors influencing the tendency to incur debts among municipal school teachers under the Trang Municipality. The study used both primary and secondary data collected from 155 municipal school teachers who were selected from a total population of 251. Taro Yamane's formula was used to determine the sample size. A stratified random sampling method was employed, and questionnaires were used as the data collection tool. Descriptive statistics, such as frequency, percentage, and standard deviation, along with multiple regression analysis, were used for data analysis.The research findings revealed that the majority of the respondents were female, accounting for 69.7%, aged between 25-35 years, single, and holding a bachelor's degree. The average monthly income was 34,537.16 THB, with an average of 4 family members, and an average debt of 910,128.34 THB, primarily borrowed from the Trang Teachers' Savings Cooperative for consumption purposes. The respondents indicated that internal factors significantly influenced debt accumulation at a high level, while external factors had a moderate influence. Overall, the debt tendency of municipal teachers under the Trang Municipality was at a moderate level. The factors that significantly influenced debt tendency were knowledge and professional skills, economic factors, and social and cultural factors, all of which were statistically significant at the 0.01 level. Additionally, family size and adaptability were statistically significant at the 0.05 level, while government policies were statistically significant at the 0.1 level.
