ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงต่อการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ในวัยรุ่น อำเภอศรีสวัสดิ์ จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี

Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) พฤติกรรมเสี่ยงต่อการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ของวัยรุ่น (2) ปัจจัยนำ ปัจจัยเอื้อ และปัจจัยเสริมของพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงต่อการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ของวัยรุ่น และ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยนำ ปัจจัยเอื้อ และปัจจัยเสริมกับพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงต่อการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ของวัยรุ่นประชากร คือ กลุ่มวัยรุ่นอายุ 15-19 ปี ในพื้นที่อำเภอศรีสวัสดิ์ จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี จำนวน 1,054 คน เลือกตัวอย่างโดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย จำนวน 289 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ เป็นแบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเที่ยง 0.83 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ด้วยสถิติไควสแคว์ และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของสเปียร์แมนผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงต่อการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ในระดับต่ำ ร้อยละ 59.9 (2) ปัจจัยนำ คือ กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุ 15 ปี มีการศึกษาอยู่ในระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย พักอาศัยอยู่กับบิดา มารดา มีความรู้เรื่องเพศศึกษาอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง มีเจตคติเรื่องพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงต่อการมีเพศสัมพันธ์อยู่ในระดับสูง ปัจจัยเอื้อ พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้รับค่าใช้จ่ายเดือนละน้อยกว่า 3,000 บาท และมีความเห็นว่าเพียงพอต่อการใช้จ่าย และปัจจัยเสริมพบว่า ครอบครัวมีการสื่อสารเรื่องเพศกับวัยรุ่นในระดับปานกลาง และมีการควบคุมกำกับติดตามกลุ่มตัวอย่างในระดับสูง และ (3) ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงต่อการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ ได้แก่ ปัจจัยนำคือตัวแปรด้านเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา ความรู้ และเจตคติ และปัจจัยเสริมคือ การสื่อสารของบุคคลในครอบครัวและการควบคุมกำกับติดตามของผู้ปกครอง ทั้งนี้พบว่าปัจจัยเอื้อไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงต่อการมีเพศสัมพันธ์

The purposes of this study were: (1) to identify sexual risk behaviors; (2) to identify predisposing, contributing, and supportive factors related to sexual risk behaviors; and (3) to determine the relationship between the aforementioned factors and sexual risk behaviors, of teenagers in Si Sawat District, Kanchanaburi Province The study was conducted in a sample of 289 simple-randomly selected from 1,054 teenager aged 15-19 years in the district. Data were collected using a questionnaire with the reliability value of 0.83 and then analyzed to determine percentages, means, standard deviations, chi-square test value and Spearman's correlation coefficient. The results showed that: (1) among all teenage respondents, 59.9% had a low level of sexual risk behaviors; (2) the predisposing factors included mostly being female, 15 years old and high-school students; living with parents; knowing about sexual education at a moderate level and having attitudes about sexual risk behaviors at a high level; the contributing factor was each person's monthly allowance of less than 3,000 baht, which was deemed as adequate; the supportive factors were a moderate level of sexual communication in the family and a high level of family's control and follow-up of the participants; and (3) the factors related to sexual risk behaviors were predisposing factors (gender, age, education, knowledge and attitudes); supportive factors (family communication and parental control); but the contributing factors were not related to sexual risk behaviors among the teenagers.
