Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพึ่อ 1) ศึกษาความสามารถในการแข่งขันของธุรกิจโรงพิมพ์ และ 2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อความสามารถในการแข่งขัน โดยใช้กรอบแนวคิด 7S ของแมคคินซีย์ การวจัยนื้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจโดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือ ประชากร ได้แก่โรงพิมพ์ในเขต กรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 70 แห่ง กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นโรงพิมพ์จำนวน 60 แห่ง สถิติที่ ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าที ค่าเอฟ และแอลเอสดี ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผู้จัดการ และรองผู้จัดการ ร้อยละ 79.2 เป็นเพศชาย มีอายุระหว่าง 41-50 ปี (ร้อยละ 45.8) มีการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรึ (ร้อยละ 65) มีอายุงานระหว่าง 10-20 ปี (ร้อยละ 45) มีเงินทุนจด ทะเบียนตํ่ากว่า 10 ล้านบาท (ร้อยละ 73.4) และมีจำนวนคนงานตํ่ากว่า 50 คน (ร้อยละ 78.3) ภาพรวมของ
โรงพิมพ์มีความสามารถในการแข่งขันอยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.54) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า โรงพิมพ์มีความสามารถในการแข่งขันโดยเรียงลำดับจากด้านที่สูงสุดไปหาต่ำสุด คือ ด้านกลยุทธ์ ด้านโครงสร้าง ด้านค่านิยมร่วม ด้านทักษะ ด้านระบบ ด้านแบบการบริหาร และด้านบุคลากร เรียงตามลำดับ 2) ผลการทดสอบ สมมติฐานชี้ให้เห็นว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านเพศ และระดับการศึกษา ที่แตกต่างกันให้ความสำคัญกับระดับความสามารถในการแข่งขันไม่แตกต่างกันที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .05 ส่วนปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านอายุ และอายุงาน ที่แตกต่างกันให้ความสำคัญกับระดับความสามารถในการแข่งขันแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .05 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า อายุที่แตกต่างกันให้ความสำคัญกับระดับความสามารถในการแข่งขันด้านระบบแตกต่างกัน อายุงานที่แตกต่างกันให้ความสำคัญกับระดับความสามารถในการแข่งขันด้านระบบ ด้านแบบการบริหาร และด้านบุคลากรแตกต่างกัน ปัจจัยองค์การด้านเงินทุนจดทะเบียน และจำนวนคนงาน ที่แตกต่างกันมีผลต่อความสามารถในการแข่งขันแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .05 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่าเงินทุนจดทะเบียนที่แตกต่างกันมีผลต่อความสามารถในการแข่งขันด้านโครงสร้าง ด้านบุคลากร และด้านค่านิยมร่วมแตกต่างกัน และจำนวนคนงานที่แตกต่างกันมีผลต่อความสามารถในการแข่งขันด้านโครงสร้าง และด้านค่านิยมร่วมแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .05
The objectives of the study were to 1) study the competitive competency of printing business : and 2) study the factors affecting the organization competitive competency by using McKinsey 7S Model. The study was a survey research conducted by questionnaires. The sampling population was 60 printing organizations stratified randomly sampled from 70 printing businesses in Bangkok Metropolis. The statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t value test. F value test and Least Significant Difference. The results of this research were as follows : 1) the managers and second-line managers were male (79.2 %) with age of 41-50 years old (45.8 %), earned educational background of bachelor degree (65 %), length of tenure of 10-20 years (45 %), had capital money of less than 10,000.000 bath (73.4 %), and had below 50 workers (78.3 %). The overall competitive competency of the printing business was competency at the high level (X = 3.54) ; and when considering in each aspect, the competitive ranked from the highest to the lowest level were strategies, structure, shared value, skill, system, management style and staff, respectively; and 2) The hypothesis testing revealed that different personal characteristic factors by sex and level of education were insignificantly different with competitive competency level at the statistically significant level of .05 whereas age and length of tenure were significantly different with that at the level of .05. When considering in each aspect, different ages were significant different with system of competitive competency. Different length of tenure were found significantly different to system, management style and staff of competitive competency at the statistic level of .05. Different organization factors of financial capital and number of workers were found statistically different to organization competency at the level of .05. When considering in each inspect financial capital were significantly different to structure, staff and shared value of competitive competency at the statistic level of .05. Moreover, different number of workers were significantly different to structure and shared value of competitive competency at the statistic level of .05
