Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงต์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพทั่วไปของผู้ใช้ระบบธุรกิจหลักของธนาคารเพื่อการเกษตรและสหกรณ์การเกษตร สำนักงานจัง หวัดน่าน (2) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจการใช้ระบบธุรกิจหลักของธนาคารเพื่อการเกษตรและสหกรณ์การเกษตร สำนักงานจังหวัดน่าน (3) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะของระบบธุรกิจหลกั ของธนาคารเพ่ือการเกษตรและสหกรณ์การเกษตร สำนกังานจังหวัดน่าน สำหรับการศึกษาครั้งนี้ใช้ประชากรทั้งหมด โดยไม่มีกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยเลือกประชากรทั้งหมดภายในธนาคารเพื่อ การเกษตรและสหกรณ์การเกษตรสำ นักงานจีงหวัดน่าน ทั้ง 9 สาขา คือ ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการ หัวหน้าการเงิน พนัก งานการเงินและผู้ช่วยพนักงาการเงิน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการศึกษาความพึงพอใจการใช้ระบบธุรกิจหลัก สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์และไคสแควร์
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ประชากรส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุเฉลี่ย 32.6 ปี มีระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี ตำแหน่งส่วนใหญ่เป็นพนักงานการเงินประสบการณ์การทำงานโดยเฉลี่ย 8.72 ปี (2) ความพึงพอใจของการใช้ระบบธุรกิจหลัก โดยเรียงระดับความพึงพอใจจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้ดังนี้ ลดความซ้ำซ้อน การบันทึกข้อมูล ทำงานได้รวดเร็ว ไม่ติดขัด ลดเวลาในการบริการ เชื่อมโยงระบบงานอื่นๆ มีรูปแบบการใช้งานง่าย ทำรายการได้หลายรายการ มีความพึงพอใจ แสดงข้อมูล ปัจจุบันเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลรวดเร็ว ประมวลผลถูกต้อง หน้าจอประมวลผลเข้าใจง่าย เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน คู่มือการใช้งานเข้าใจง่าย หน้าจอในการนำเข้า ข้อมูลเข้าใจง่าย ลดความซ้ำซ้อนในการทำงาน การป้องกัน การบันทึกข้อ มูลผิดพลาด (3) ปัญหาของระบธุรกิจหลัก คือ การปิดบัญชีเงินฝากรายเดือนก่อนครบกำหนดจะต้องทำการปรับลดดอกเบี้ยก่อนทำการปิดบัญชี ข้อเสนอแนะ ธ.ก.ส. ควรจัดทำคู่มือการใช้งานที่เข้าใจง่าย มีความชัดเจน และบอกถึงวิธีการแก้ไขรายการธุรกรรมที่ถูกต้อง เพื่อไม่ให้เสียเวลาในการติดต่อสำนักงานใหญ่ในการแก้ไขรายการธุรกรรมในแต่ละครั้ง
The objectives of this study were 1) study general users who used the Core Banking System of Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives, Nan Provice Office 2) study satisfaction for using Core Banking System of Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives, Nan Provice Office 3) study problems and suggestions for Core Banking System of Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives, Nan Provice Office The study was aspecific population choosing. They were manager assistants, head of financials, financial officers and finance officer assistants of 9 branches in Nan province. Questionnaires were used to evaluate the Core Banking System.The statistical analyzing were percentage, average, standard deviation and correlation analysis in Chi-Square. The research found that 1) the populations mostly were female. The average age was 32.6 years old. Their education was bachelor’s degree. The position mostly was financial officers. Work experience average was 8.72 years 2) satisfaction for using Core Banking System sort from maximum to minimum were reducing repetition in data record, work fast/ smooth, reducing service time, linking to other system, there was simple pattern, multiple transactions, satisfy, real time data, linking data fast, correctly evaluated, display evaluate was easy to understand, increasing work efficiency, hand book was easy to understand, input data was easy to understand, reducing repetition of work, to prevent recording wrong data 3) problems of Core Banking System were the interest have to be discounted before closing the monthly saving account. Suggestion, Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives should make hand book to be easy to understand, clearness and providing correct edition in order to save time to connect the head office for each edition.
