| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) เปรียบเทียบการปรับตัวของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ก่อนและหลังการใช้ชุดกิจกรรมแนะแนวเพื่อพัฒนาการปรับตัว และ (2) เปรียบเทียบ การปรับตัวของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 หลังการใช้ชุดกิจกรรมแนะแนวเพื่อพัฒนาการปรับตัวกับระยะติดตามผล กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ปีการศึกษา 2562 โรงเรียนอุทัยวิทยาคม จังหวัดอุทัยธานี จำนวน 1 ห้องเรียน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม มีจำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งสิ้น 40 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย (1) ชุดกิจกรรมแนะแนวเพื่อพัฒนาการปรับตัว และ (2) แบบวัดการปรับตัว ที่มีค่าความเที่ยงทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ .86 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) นักเรียนกลุ่มทดลองที่ใช้ชุดกิจกรรมแนะแนวเพื่อพัฒนาการปรับตัวมีการปรับตัวหลังการทดลองสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ (2) นักเรียนกลุ่มทดลองที่ใช้ชุดกิจกรรมแนะแนวเพื่อพัฒนาการปรับตัวมีการปรับตัวหลังการทดลองกับในระยะติดตามผลไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ | |
| dc.description.abstract | The objectives of this research were (1) to compare the levels of self-adaptation of Mathayom Suksa 4 students before and after using a guidance activities package to develop self-adaptation; and (2) to compare the levels of self-adaptation of Mathayom Suksa 4 students at the completion of the experiment and during the follow up period. The research sample consisted of 40 Mathayom Suksa 4 students in an intact classroom of Uthai Wittayakom School in Uthai Thani province during the 2019 academic year, obtained by cluster random sampling. The employed research instruments were (1) a guidance activities package to develop self-adaptation, and (2) a scale to assess self-adaptation, with reliability coefficient of .86. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The research results showed that (1) the post-experiment self-adaptation level of the experimental group students was significantly higher than their pre-experiment counterpart level at the .05 level of statistical significance; and (2) the self-adaptation level at the completion of the experiment of the experimental group students was not significantly different from its counterpart level during the follow up period | |
