Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานครสำนักงานเขตบางเขน (เครือข่ายที่ 19) (2) เปรียบเทียบระดับขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร สำนักงานเขตบางเขน (เครือข่ายที่ 19) จำแนกตามภูมิลำเนาและประสบการณ์การในการปฏิบัติงาน และ (3) ศึกษาแนวทางในการสร้างขวัญและกำลังใจครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร สำนักงานเขตบางเขน (เครือข่ายที่ 19) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ข้าราชการครู ที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร สำนักงานเขตบางเขน (เครือข่ายที่ 19) จำนวน 164 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใชัในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ คำเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์เนี้อหาผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ระดับขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร สำนักงานเขตบางเขน (เครือข่ายที่ 19) ในภาพรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมากเรียงตามลำดับ ดังนี้ ระดับขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานด้านภาพการทำงานมากที่สุด รองลงมา คือด้านคุณภาพการบริหาร ด้านความสัมพันธ์กับเพื่อนร่วมงาน ด้านฐานของเงินเดือนและด้านนโยบาย กฎระเบียบ (2) ครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานครเครือข่ายที่ 19 ที่มีภูมิลำเนา และประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานที่แตกต่างกันมีระดับขวัญ และกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานในภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน (3) แนวทางในการสร้างขวัญและกำลังใจครู ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาควรจัดวัสดุอุปกรณ์ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนให้เพียงพอ จัดกิจกรรมร่วมแสดงความยินดีในโอกาสต่างๆ บริหารงานด้วยความยุติธรรมและเสมอภาค เป็นที่พึ่งให้คำปรึกษากับครูในทุกเรื่องรวมทั้งควรจัดให้มีสวัสดิการเพิ่มค่าครองชีพให้กับครู และการได้รับการพิจารณาขั้นเงินเดือนอย่างเป็นธรรม
The purposes of this research are (1 ) to study teachers’ morale and willpower in the schools which were under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, Bangkhen District Office (branch 19 ). ( 2) to compare morale and willpower relating with work performance of the teachers who were under Bangkok metropolitan schools, Bangkhen District Office (branch 19). The performance was distinguished from domicile and work experience. (3) To study the concerning policy to support teachers' Morale and Willpower in the schools under Bangkok Metropolis, Bangkhen District Office (branch 19) The samples used in this study were the teachers from certain schools in Bangkok Bangkhen District Office There were 164 students chosen by a stratified random sampling. The instrument used in the research was rating scale questionnaires. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and T-test. The results of this research indicated that (1) die level of morale and willpower in work performance of the teachers from the schools under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. Bangkhen District Office (branch 19), according to the entire performance and each aspect of the performance, was at the high level as the following orders. Firstly, the morale and willpower of work performance was at the highest level. Secondly, the quality of administration, relationship with colleagues, base salary, policy and regulation was the secondary level. (2) The teachers who worked under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (branch 19), with different domicile and experience in the workplace, had no difference in job morale. (3) The educational administrators of branch 19 should sufficiently provide teaching materials for the teachers, should prepare congratulatory presents for various occasions, should corporate as an organization culture, and should fairly and equally consider for raising salary. The administrators should be dependable counselors for all the teachers. Moreover, the cost of living of the teachers should be increased and the salary of the teachers should be fairly considered.
