Abstract
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ต้นทุนของการติดตั้งหลอดไฟแอลอีดี
2) ผลตอบแทนของการติดตั้งหลอดไฟแอลอีดีและ 3) ความคุ้มค่าของการติดตั้งหลอดไฟแอลอีดีโดยเปรียบเทียบกับหลอดไฟฟลูออเรสเซนต์ของศูนย์บริการรถยนต์ครบวงจร บี-ควิก สาขาโลตัสหลักสี่วิธีการศึกษาเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยใช้ข้อมูลทุติยภูมิที่รวบรวมจากศูนย์บริการรถยนต์ครบวงจร บี-ควิก สาขาโลตัสหลักสี่เกี่ยวกับต้นทุนในการติดตั้งหลอดไฟแอลอีดีและการขนทิ้งทำลายหลอดไฟเดิม(หลอดฟลูออเรสเซนต์) จำนวนพลังงานไฟฟ้าที่ประหยัดได้ อัตราค่ากระแสไฟฟ้าต่อหน่วย ค่าแสงสว่างเฉลี่ย ค่าความร้อนจากแสงสว่าง และค่าไฟฟ้าในช่วง 5 เดือน (เมษายน-สิงหาคม 2562) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการคำนวณต้นทุนทั้งหมดในการติดตั้ง การคำนวณผลตอบแทนจากค่าไฟฟ้าที่ประหยัดได้ และการวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบโหลดของความร้อนจากหลอดไฟ พลังงานไฟฟ้าที่ใช้ค่าไฟฟ้าและระยะคืนทุนโดยการเปรียบเทียบกับการใช้หลอดไฟฟลูออเรสเซนต์ของสาขาสุขาภิบาล 5 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ต้นทุนทั้งสิ้นในการติดตั้งหลอดไฟแอลอีดี(ค่าหลอดไฟ ค่าอุปกรณ์ ค่าแรงการติดตั้งและค่าขนทิ้งทำลายหลอดไฟเดิม) ของศูนย์บริการรถยนต์ครบวงจร บี-ควิก สาขาโลตัสหลักสี่ รวมเป็นเงิน 281,200 บาท 2) ผลตอบแทนการติดตั้งหลอดไฟแอลอีดีในช่วงเวลาที่ศึกษาโดยคำนวณจากค่าไฟฟ้าที่ประหยัดได้เมื่อเทียบกับกรณีการใช้หลอดไฟฟลูออเรสเซนต์ของสาขาสุขาภิบาล 5 รวมเป็นเงิน 27,121.67 บาท หรือ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 25.13 และค่าไฟฟ้าลดลงในแต่ละเดือนเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 25.10 จากค่าไฟฟ้ าที่ใช้หลอดไฟฟลูออเรสเซนต์ และ 3) ความคุ้มค่าของการติดตั้งหลอดไฟแอลอีดี เมื่อพิจารณาจากโหลดความร้อนของหลอด (การใช้งานวันละ 8 ชัวโมง) ลดลง 1,850 (Btu/hr.W) พลังงานไฟฟ้าที่ใช้ต่อปี (300 วัน) ลดลง 1,332 ยูนิต ค่าไฟฟ้าต่อปี ลดลง 6,444 บาท โดยมีระยะเวลาคืนทุน 43.1 เดือน
The objectives of this research are to study: 1) costs of LED bulb installation; 2) benefits of LED bulb installation; and 3) worthiness of replacing LED bulbs for fluorescent bulbs of B-Quik Integrated Car Service Center, Tesco-Lotus Laksi branch. The study was quantitative research, using secondary deriving from B-Quik Integrated Car Service Center, Tesco-Lotus Laksi branch. The data comprised the costs of LED bulbs installation and old bulbs (fluorescent) destruction, the amount of electricity that c o u l d be saved, electricity bills per unit, average lighting, calorific values, and electricity bills for 5 months (April-August, 2019). The analysis of data included the calculation of total installation costs, the calculation of benefits from electricity bills that couldbe saved, and comparison of bulb’s heat load, electricity energy used, electricity bills between those occurring from LED bulbs at Tesco-Lotus Laksi branch and fluorescent bulbs at Sukhaphiban 5th branch. Either, the payback periods of LED bulb installation was calculated in the study. The research results found that: 1) The total costs of LED bulbs installation (expenses of LED bulbs, equipment, wages, and old bulbs destruction) of B-Quik Integrated Car Service Center, TescoLotus Laksi branch were 281,200 baht; 2)The benefits of the installation during the periods of the study calculated from saving electricity bills , as compared with the case of using fluorescent bulbs of Sukhaphiban 5th branch, were 27,121.67baht or 25.13 %, the electricity bills decreased as 25.10% per month; and 3) T h e valuation assessment of LED installation considered from bulb’s heat load (using 8 hours per day) decreased as 1,332 Btu/hr.W, electricity energy using per year (300 days) decreased as 1,332 units, annual electricity bills decreased as 6,444 baht, and payback periods were 43.1 months.
