Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการใช้สื่อหลอมรวมของผู้รับสารตามโครงการประชาสัมพันธ์ Thai MOOC เกี่ยวกับ 1) ลักษณะทางประชากร 2) การรับรู้ 3) ประเภทสื่อที่ใช้ประโยชน์เพื่อการเรียนการสอน และ 4) ความพึงพอใจ การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์ในการเปิดรับสื่อหลอมรวมเพื่อการประชาสัมพันธ์โครงการ Thai MOOC ในปี 2561 - 2562 เท่านั้น ใช้วิธีการกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามสูตรการหาขนาดตัวอย่างที่ไม่ทราบจำนวนประชากรที่แน่นอนของคอแครน โดยกำหนดระดับความเชื่อมั่นที่ร้อยละ 95 และระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.5 จำนวน 400 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบสอบถามออนไลน์ และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ลักษณะทางประชากรของผู้รับสารตามโครงการประชาสัมพันธ์ Thai MOOC ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุระหว่าง 19-38 ปี พักอาศัยอยู่ต่างจังหวัด มีการศึกษาระดับในขั้นปริญญาตรี ประกอบอาชีพข้าราชการครู และบุคลากรทางการศึกษาทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชนตามลำดับสถานภาพโสด มีรายได้เฉลี่ย 20,000 - 35,000 บาทต่อเดือน 2) การรับรู้ของผู้รับสาร พบว่า มีการรับรู้สื่อหลอมรวมทุกประเภท และที่รับรู้ในระดับมากที่สุดเรียงตามลำดับคือ โพสต์ที่เป็นข้อความทางเฟซบุ๊กวิดีโอทางยูทูบ โพสต์ที่เป็นรูปภาพทางเฟซบุ๊ก การบรอดแคสต์รูปภาพทางไลน์แอด และการใช้สื่อร่วมกับกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ 3) ประเภทสื่อที่ผู้รับสารใช้ประโยชน์เพื่อการเรียนการสอนพบว่า มีการใช้ประโยชน์จากสื่อทุกประเภท โดยสื่อที่ใช้มากที่สุดเรียงตามลำดับคือ วิดีโอทางยูทูบ ข้อความทางเฟซบุ๊ก รูปภาพทางเฟซบุ๊ก การบรอดแคสต์ข้อความทางไลน์แอด การบรอดแคสต์รูปภาพทางไลน์แอด และ 4) ความพึงพอใจของผู้รับสาร พบว่า มีความพึงพอใจต่อสื่อหลอมรวมทุกประเภทในระดับมากที่สุดเรียงตามลำดับคือวิดีโอทางยูทูบ ข้อความทางเฟซบุ๊ก รูปภาพทางเฟซบุ๊ก การบรอดแคสต์รูปภาพทางไลน์แอด และการบรอดแคสต์ข้อความทางไลน์แอด
This research on Audience’s Use of Convergence Media in the Thailand Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) public relations project aimed to study 1) the demographics of audience; 2) their awareness of Thai MOOC; 3) the types of media they used for teaching; and 4) their satisfaction with the media. This was a quantitative research. The sample population consisted of only people with experience of being exposed to the Thai MOOC public relations project in 2018 and 2019. The Cochran method for unknown population size at 95% confidence and 0.5 significance was applied to determine the number of samples. The 400 samples were chosen through simple random sampling. The research tool was an online questionnaire. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results showed that the majority of message receivers were female, in the 19-38 age range, living in provinces other than Bangkok, educated to the bachelor’s degree level, and working as teachers or education personnel in the public or private sector. Most of them were single and reported salaries of 20,000-35,000 baht per month. 2) The survey responders were aware of all types of convergence media in the Thai MOOC public relations project. They were most aware of text posts on Facebook, followed by videos on YouTube, photograph posts on Facebook, photographs on Line ads, and activities combined with media, respectively. 3) The survey responders used every type of convergence media in their teaching: ranked in order of most to least utilization – videos on YouTube, text posts on Facebook, photographs on Facebook, text broadcasts on Line ads, and photographs on Line ads. 4) Similarly, all the audience were satisfied with all types of convergence media. They were most satisfied with videos on YouTube, followed by texts on Facebook, photographs on Facebook, photographs on Line ads, and texts in Line ads, in that order
