Abstract
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะพื้นฐานทางสังคมและเศรษฐกิจของเกษตรกรใน
พื้นที่ศึกษา 2) เพื่อศึกษาการจำหน่ายผลผลิตข้าวโพดฝักอ่อนของเกษตรกร 3) เพื่อศึกษาการจัดการการผลิตข้าวโพดฝักอ่อนของเกษตรกร 4) เพื(อเปรียบเทียบผลผลิตเฉลี่ยต่อไร่และรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อไร่ของเกษตรกรที่ได้รับการรับรอง GAP และเกษตรกรทั่วไป และ 5) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาการจัดการการผลิตข้าวโพดฝักอ่อนของเกษตรกร ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ลักษณะพื5นฐานทางสังคมและเศรษฐกิจของเกษตรกร พบว่า เกษตรกรที่ได้รับการรับรอง GAP ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย อายุเฉลี่ย 51.56 ปี ประสบการณ์การผลิตข้าวโพดฝักอ่อนเฉลี่ย 12.96 ปี เกษตรกรทั่วไป ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุเฉลี่ย 51.36 ปี ประสบการณ์การผลิตข้าวโพดฝักอ่อนเฉลี่ย 13.71 ปี 2) การจำหน่ายผลผลิตข้าวโพดฝักอ่อน พบว่า เกษตรกรที่ได้รับการรับรอง GAP ส่วนใหญ่จำหน่ายผลผลิตให้โรงงานแปรรูปในลักษณะข้าวโพดฝักอ่อนทั้งเปลือก ราคาเฉลี่ย 4.47 บาท/กิโลกรัม เกษตรกรทั่วไปส่วนใหญ่
จำหน่ายผลผลิตให้พ่อค้าส่งในลักษณะข้าวโพดฝักอ่อนปอกเปลือกตัดขั้ว โดยแบ่งเป็น 3 เกรด คือ ไซส์แพค ไซส์
รวม และไซส์ตกเกรด โดยราคาขายเฉลี่ย24.70, 20.34, และ 5.87 บาท/กิโลกรัม ตามลำดับ 3) การจัดการการผลิตข้าวโพดฝักอ่อนของเกษตรกร พบว่า เกษตรกร ที่ได้รับการรับรอง GAP มีพื5นที่ปลูกเฉลี่ย 2.15 ไร่ ส่วนใหญ่ใช้
พันธุ์แปซิฟิ ค 321 เกษตรกรทั่วไปมีพื5นที่ปลูกเฉลี่ย 1.69 ไร่ และส่วนใหญ่ใช้พันธุ์แปซิฟิค 271 การใส่ปุ๋ยและสารเคมี พบว่า เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่ของทั้งสองกลุ่ม ใส่ปุ๋ยเคมีสูตร 46-0-0 และสูตร 21-0-0 และใช้สารเคมีป้องกันกำจัดวัชพืช เกษตรกรที่ได้รับการรับรอง GAP ให้น5ำด้วยความถี่สูงกว่าเกษตรกรทั่วไป 4) เกษตรกรที่ได้รับการรับรอง GAP และเกษตรกรทั่วไป ได้รับผลผลิตเฉลี(ยต่อไร่และรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อไร่ไม่แตกต่างกันทางสถิติ และ 5)
เกษตรกรทั้ง 2 กลุ่ม ส่วนใหญ่ไม่พบปัญหาในการจัดการการผลิตข้าวโพดฝักอ่อน
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the basic social and economic characteristics of baby corn farmers in the study area; 2) to study their selling methods; 3) to study their baby corn production management; 4) to compare the average yield per rai (1 rai = 1,600 m2) and the average income of farmers who passed GAP certification (herein called GAP-farmers) and farmers who were not GAP certified (herein called non-GAP farmers) and 5) to study problems of baby corn production management. The population was two groups of baby corn farmers in Kamphaeng Saen District of Nakhon Pathom Province i.e. 1) 25 GAP-farmers and 2) 606 non-GAP farmers. The GAP-farmers were all included in the study, while the sample size of 86 non-GAP farmers was determined using Yamane’s formula with 95 % confidence level and 10 % error. The sampling technique used was simple random. The tool used was the questionnaire. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, average, maximum, minimum, and standard deviation, and the average yield per rai and the average income per rai of two groups of farmers were compared by t-test. The results showed that 1) the basic social and economic characteristics of farmers found that most GAP-farmers were male, mean age 51.56 years, and with average experience in baby corn production of 12.96 years. For the non-GAP farmers, most were female, mean age was 51.36 years, and average production experience was 13.71 years. 2) For sales methods, it was found that GAP-farmers mostly sold unpeeled baby corn to processing plants, and the average price was 4.47 baht/kg. The non-GAP farmers mostly sold packed peeled produce to merchants with three categories, i.e. packed size, mixed size, and non grade, for which the prices were 24.70, 20.34, and 5.87 baht/kg, respectively. 3) Production management found that GAP-farmers and non-GAP farmers had average planting areas of 2.15 and 1.69 rai, respectively, and most used varieties were Pacific 3 2 1 and 271, respectively. The fertilizer most used of both groups were 46-0-0 and 21-0-0, and the pesticide most used was herbicides. The GAP-farmers irrigated more frequently than non-GAP farmers. 4) The average yield per rai and income per rai of GAP-farmers and non- GAP farmers were not significantly different. 5) Most farmers of both groups did not experience problems with baby corn production management.
