Abstract
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) สภาพพื้นฐานทางด้านเศรษฐกิจและสังคมของเกษตรกรกลุ่มนาแปลงใหญ่แขวงโคกแฝด (2) กระบวนการผลิตข้าวแบบดั้งเดิม (3) กระบวนการผลิตข้าวด้วยเทคโนโลยีนวัตกรรมรถหย่อนกล้าข้าว (4) ความคิดเห็น ปัญหา และอุปสรรคของเกษตรกรเกี่ยวกับการใช้เทคโนโลยีนวัตกรรมรถหย่อนกล้าข้าว งานวิจัยนี้เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ สมาชิกเกษตรกรกลุ่มนาแปลงใหญ่ แขวงโคกแฝดที่ได้รับการอบรมการผลิตข้าวด้วยเทคโนโลยีนวัตกรรมรถหย่อนกล้าข้าว จำนวน 21 คน โดยศึกษาจากประชากรทั้งหมด ใช้แบบสอบถามแบบมีโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา คือ ความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ยร้อยละ ค่าต่ำสุด ค่าสูงสุด ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพพื้นฐานด้านเศรษฐกิจและสังคม เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุเฉลี่ย 50.52 ปี สมาชิกในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 4.90 คน เป็นสมาชิกกลุ่มลูกค้าธนาคารเพื่อการเกษตรและสหกรณ์การเกษตร ใช้แหล่งเงินทุนของตนเองในการทำนา ประสบการณ์การทำนาเฉลี่ย 23.86 ปี มีจำนวนแรงงานเฉลี่ย 2.52 คนต่อครัวเรือน พื้นที่ส่วนใหญ่เป็นพื้นที่เช่า มีลักษณะเป็นดินเหนียว และใช้แหล่งน้ำธรรมชาติ 2) กระบวนการผลิตข้าวแบบดั้งเดิมของกลุ่มนาแปลงใหญ่ เกษตรกรมีการเผาฟางในแปลงนา มีการไถดะกลับหน้าดินตากแดด และไถหมักฟางข้าวทำการปั่นตีดิน และลูบเทือก และมีการพ่นสารควบคุมการงอกของวัชพืช ใช้เมล็ดพันธ์ุข้าวจากแหล่งที่เชื่อถือได้ ทำการแช่เมล็ดพันธุ์ข้าวค้างคืน และบ่มเพื่อให้มีรากงอกก่อนทำการปลูก ปลูกด้วยวิธีหว่านน้ำตม การจัดการน้ำมีการสูบน้ำในแปลงนาข้าวตลอดเวลา มีกาจัดการปุ๋ย สารป้องกันกำจัดโรคและแมลงศัตรูข้าวด้วยสารเคมีทั่วไป และเก็บเกี่ยวข้าวด้วยรถเกี่ยวข้าวของเกษตรพัฒนา 3) กระบวนการผลิตข้าวด้วยเทคโนโลยีนวัตกรรมรถหย่อนกล้าข้าว เกษตรกรรู้จักเทคโนโลยีนวัตกรรมรถหย่อนกล้าข้าวหลังจากได้รับการอบรม โดยเกษตรกรมีการปฏิบัติเริ่มจากเตรียมแปลงนา การเตรียมเมล็ดพันธ์ุข้าวแบบประณีต การเพาะกล้าข้าวด้วยเครื่องเพาะกล้าข้าวกึ่งอัตโนมัติ การดูแลรักษาถาดเพาะกล้าข้าวในแปลงอนุบาลกล้าข้าว การปลูกข้าวด้วยเทคโนโลยีนวัตกรรมรถหย่อนกล้าข้าว และการดูแลรักษาตามกระบวนการเทคโนโลยีนวัตกรรมรถหย่อนกล้าข้าวจนกระทั่งเก็บเกี่ยว 4) ความคิดเห็นของเกษตรกรเกี่ยวกับการใช้เทคโนโลยีนวัตกรรมรถหย่อนกล้าข้าว พบว่าเกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่เห็นด้วยเกี่ยวกับการใช้เทคโนโลยีนวัตกรรมรถหย่อนกล้าข้าว แต่มีปัญหาและอุปสรรค ในการปั่น – ตีดิน -ลูบเทือก การรักษาระดับน้ำ 5 เซนติเมตรหน้าเทือก และการพ่นสารป้องกันกำจัดสัตว์ ศัตรูข ้าว เช่น หอยเชอรี่ ปูนา เพราะระดับพื้นที่ไม่สม่ำเสมอและสิ้นเปลืองค่าใช้จ่าย และเกษตรกรไม่มั่นใจในการใช้อัตราเมล็ดพันธ์ุข้าวที่ลดน้อยลง เนื่องจากมีความกังวลว่า ผลผลิตจะลดน้อยลงด้วย
The objectives of this research were to study (1) the fundamental economic and social conditions of large-plot rice farmers in Khok Faet Sub-district; (2) the process of traditional rice production; (3) the process of rice production using innovative rice planting machine technology; and (4) the opinions, problems, and obstacles of farmers using innovative rice planting machine technology. The study population was 21 large=plot rice farmers who received training on using innovative rice planting machine technology. The research tool was a structured interview. Data were collected via conducting questionnaires and analyzing them with a software package. Data were statistically analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, the lowest and highest values, and standard deviation. The findings were as follows: (1) in terms of basic economic and social conditions, the majority of the farmers were female, with an average age of 50.52 years. The average number of household members was 4.90. The majority were members of the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives and used their personal source of funds for farming. They had average farming experience of 23.86 years, with an average of 2.52 workers per household. The rice farming land was rented with clay soil, and they used natural water sources. (2) With the process of traditional rice production of farmers on large plots, they did the following: burning straw in rice fields, plowing roughly and drying in the sun, puddling and harrowing, and spraying chemical for controlling weeds. They used rice seeds from reliable sources and soaked the rice seeds overnight. Moreover, they incubated the seeds so that the roots would germinate before planting and planted by broadcast sowing. Water was pumped in the field with good fertilizer. They controlled plant diseases and insect pests using general chemical systems. Then, they harvested the rice using a harvester of Kaset Pattana. (3) With the process of rice production through the use of innovative rice planting machine technology, farmers learned the process at the training. The process starts with preparing rice fields. After that, they prepare rice seeds and rice seedlings using a semi-automatic rice seedling machine. Finally, they maintain rice seedling trays in a nursery before using the rice planting machine to transplant in the field, and then care for the rice until harvesting. (4) Farmers mostly gave positive opinions on using the innovative rice planting machine technology. However, there are problems and obstacles in puddling, harrowing, maintaining the water level at 5 centimeters, and spraying pesticides. It also showed that farmers were not confident in using the lower rate of rice seeds, believing it could result in lower yield.
